I needed the crystal on my watch replaced, and searched online for a reputable company. I found…read morethis one, with a location close to me at Bridgewater Commons Mall in NJ. I called them and spoke to Maria, who explained their process to me, which I found agreeable. I dropped off my watch at the Bridgewater location on 4/2, was told that because of the Good Friday/Easter holiday, the courier would pick it up on 4/6 to deliver it to their Richboro repair center, after which I would receive an estimate. They called on 4/16 with the estimate (lower than I expected) and were told it would take about a month to repair. I approved the repair. I got a call on 4/27 that the repair was complete, and at the cost of the estimate. I picked up the watch on 4/30, very happy with the repair work. I did read all the available reviews about them on Yelp, but the good far outweighed the bad, and based on my experience, I'm happy to add to the great reviews. Thanks Time After Time!

I believe they tell their customers that same song and dance because of their dishonesty. Today Walmart does not have anyone behind their jewelry counter and if they do the employees make themselves unavailable. Walmart replaced batteries in my watches many times and all was good. Their fees are much less than Time After Time for the same work. I will not go back to the Richboro, PA store because of the steps and just their dishonesty they transmit. It had been…read moreat that location for decades, and had an excellent reputation for being a clock master for old time pieces, capable of raising ancient chronometers from the dead with an inventory of parts not available to modern jewelers. Their collection of grandfather clocks included historic machines that had played a part in the American Revolutionary War. Legend tells us that the very time keeper present in the room where Washington planned his Christmas Eve crossing of the Delaware River leading to the Battle of Trenton, had been repaired several times by this master clocksmith, and resided there for extended periods before the local historic commission was finally formed and took possession of this and many other important irreplaceable objects. A visit to the Half Moon Inn/courthouse a few streets away will grant you an introduction to this very clock, where it continues to keep time to this day. So, the clock shop may be gone, but it's most famous visitor still exists a short walk away on Court Street. If clocks could talk, what tales it would tell!
