I needed the crystal on my watch replaced, and searched online for a reputable company. I found this one, with a location close to me at Bridgewater Commons Mall in NJ. I called them and spoke to Maria, who explained their process to me, which I found agreeable. I dropped off my watch at the Bridgewater location on 4/2, was told that because of the Good Friday/Easter holiday, the courier would pick it up on 4/6 to deliver it to their Richboro repair center, after which I would receive an estimate. They called on 4/16 with the estimate (lower than I expected) and were told it would take about a month to repair. I approved the repair. I got a call on 4/27 that the repair was complete, and at the cost of the estimate. I picked up the watch on 4/30, very happy with the repair work. I did read all the available reviews about them on Yelp, but the good far outweighed the bad, and based on my experience, I'm happy to add to the great reviews. Thanks Time After Time! read more

Most of these jewelry stores are very dishonest. I went to the store in the Newtown area of PA. The first thing that hit me was climbing up a deep stairway having 20 steps to get to their tiny store. Of course they asked me to leave the watches their and pick them up another day. I believe they tell their customers that same song and dance because of their dishonesty. Today Walmart does not have anyone behind their jewelry counter and if they do the employees make themselves unavailable. Walmart replaced batteries in my watches many times and all was good. Their fees are much less than Time After Time for the same work. I will not go back to the Richboro, PA store because of the steps and just their dishonesty they transmit. They used to have a kiosk in the Neshaminy Mall; however, that is no longer the case. read more

If you find replacing watch batteries as frustrating as I do, you know that once you find someplace that can do it for a reasonable price and amount of time, you stick with them as long as you can. That's why when the local jeweler announced his retirement and sale of his business on Main Street I felt a double loss. After more than 10 years of confidence that I had the shop I trusted to do it right, and throw in a dust and polish as part of the service, I was not only losing someone reliable, but I would also have to find a new place. The jewelery store was morphing into a clothing boutique. They might sell watches as accessories, but they wouldn't have the tools to do repairs. I googled "watch batteries," and found a small chain of stores, Time After Time, that advertised battery replacement. The nearest was in Richboro, PA. I stopped in one morning last week to see what their story was. There were several display cases showing a mix of mid range priced wristers, and a large back room with office and repair area. No one was on the floor to greet customers, suggesting they didn't get many shoppers and didn't need a full time salesperson. Within a minute a man came out from the work zone and asked how he could help me. He was friendly, but not overly solicitous. I placed the watches on the glass counter and just said, "Batteries." He wasn't surprised, picked them up to see what sizes were needed with knowing hands, and replied, "Ten bucks each. Ten minutes." Well, I was pleased. Same price as my former battery man, and I wouldn't have to leave them and come back. Eight minutes later he was back with the finished jewelery; clean and shining. We finished our transaction on credit. He was the owner and a trained craftsman. So happy to have found him so quickly. Hopefully good for at least another ten. read more

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER PURCHASE OR GET REPAIRS DONE FROM THIS COMPANY Apologies on length but process occurred during a year and still waiting to be resolved. I took 5 of my watches in for battery replacement, I paid extra to have one vacuum sealed being it is for scuba diving. A couple days later it was raining and I had the watch on an found it had water inside, I took it to the store where they sent the watch out to their repair shop. I picked it up a coupe weeks later and the exact thing happened so back to the store and off to the shop. Again a few weeks later pick it up and the watch isn't working when the person at the counter hands it to me. I then request a replacement watch, I was told they will replace the interior mechanisms and it will be brand new from factory. Couple weeks later its done.. Amazing ! I'm sure it wasn't factory But ok finally I have my watch back... looking at the time one of the arms wasn't attached and laying at bottom of dial. I am told they will send it back to shop...I said no I'm am done driving 45 minutes each way, I demand a replacement watch for they broke a perfectly good watch. I believe a Maria reginal or district manager agreed and sent me about a dozen options to pick one which I did and she said it would be in store by end of week. Couple days later I am told the owners secretary Rebecca Soles retracted the offer and down grade to 50% off a watch, not happy I went to store and picked one out that was 30% off and Rebecca told the store no 50% off RETAIL basically I get 20% for their neglect damaging my watch and they are taking 0 loss or accountability. I filed a law suit for this in Burlington County of the store, Moorestown, NJ in the mall. The day in court no one showed up in court 2 times, but they told the court that we settled the matter which was not true so now they lie. The court then had a virtual meeting and Rebecca must be so busy for didn't show up from her desk either. I received my judgement $724. I told Rebecca and had judgement sent with verification as well dropped off at the Moorestown mall store for inter office mail to Derek. I have made numerous calls to both Derek and Rebecca. They never answer phone and guess never check their voicemail. I even spoke to the operator , she said will hand deliver message. Previously I have spent thousands at this store for myself and as gifts..Yes they are overpriced but I believe in purchasing in stores and local when possible, this is how a premier customer is treated after they damaged my watch and unable to replace a battery. I can understand maybe in store but the shop is worse. All I asked for after 6 or so times driving round trip (hour and half) was a replacement scuba diving watch. Rebecca is RUDE, DISHONEST and has no place dealing with customers If Maria is still employed there.. Derek you should promote her for she was realistic, pleasant and was saving you a very good customer...one watch would of sold another dozen from your store. read more

I had not worn my solar battery watch for a couple of years when I found it in a drawer. Of course, it had been in the dark for years and was not running.
