She replied, "Ah god bless you". I was absolutely appalled by her manner and tone on the phone, she seems to forget that it is still a business she happens to be volunteering for. The Vet was equally as nasty, showed little to no compassion for my dog. I'm afraid he is past his expiration date in terms of his career. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. There are plenty more vets who do not give you this sense of inconsideration for your business.

I'm not sure what the deal is here save to say it is generally cheaper than other vets and you can't make appointments. We have used it a few times in emergencies (like when one of the cats got addicted to slug pellets) or when our current beast got a badly infected leg from god knows what. They also sell dog and cat food along with some collars, leads etc. Generally you can get a parking spot outside which can be very useful with a sick animal.

It's a small clinic with a walk in service. The staff are just soooooo nice. Caring, efficient, gentle and understanding. The provision of information and tips regarding the care for your pet is clear and effective... Everytime. Michael ( the vet ) is loaded with expert tips. Parking is free on street for 30 mins and you never usually have to pay because you're never waiting long to be seen. They are an affordable clinic with one thing in mind..... I was due to get my dog put down today in cabra veterinary hospital but they quoted me 480 to put…read morehim sleep and cremated they told me I can put down 260 today and additional 220 when I was collecting ashes they told me they were unable to do payment plans those are the people that call them self's animal lovers so I took him down to another vet and they quoted me half the price for cremation and put down even tho it's the same company that cremate them called paws just letting people know that is only 200 for cremation so cabra is actually charging 280 to put him to sleep and when I rang them this morning to ask them she said they all do different prices and hung up the phone on me and those are the people calling them self animal lovers nothing but cruelty to animals

When I did bite the bullet and brought one of the cats in, he hyperventilated and so nearly did I. The vet was amazing; she calmed us both down. I make the trek out here (in traffic, it can take a while to cross the city) every few months to stock up on the cats' flea medication. Whatever money I've handed over in the past year to this practice, they've given me back almost as much in free over-the-phone consultations and peace of mind. They've also offered to do house calls, which are double the cost of a normal consultation but it's a good option to have.
