Easy entrance and exit (especially since I came in off of 95), decor has been updated and everything was great. Kyra was so courteous and professional checking me in and out. Kelly had been helpful on the phone and Victoria? was even friendly cooking breakfast. I asked for a crib and it was promptly delivered. I was glad I brought a crib sheet but maybe the little padding and blanket hey provided would be ok for some parents. Great comfy bed. Dove brand toiletries. A perfect stay. Thank you

Falsely Charged $700 Days After Checkout for Internal Maintenance Failure!…read more I am writing this review to warn potential guests about the predatory and fraudulent billing practices at this hotel. I checked out of Room 325 on December 28th and left the room in perfectly clean, undamaged condition. Days later, on December 31st, the hotel hit my credit card with two separate, unauthorized charges--one for $300 and one for $400, totaling $700. When I investigated these ridiculous charges, I discovered that the hotel is attempting to hold me financially responsible for a severe, internal electrical failure of their own equipment. I have full photographic evidence of the room's PTAC (heating/cooling) unit, which clearly shows dangerous internal electrical arcing, melted wire insulation, and a heavily scorched power plug. This is a hazardous appliance malfunction resulting from a total lack of routine facility maintenance, not guest misuse or vandalism. It is completely unacceptable for a business to pass the cost of repairing their failed, unmaintained building fixtures onto an unsuspecting guest--especially days after checkout. I have already escalated this directly to corporate guest relations and have filed a formal dispute and chargeback with my credit card company, providing the full photographic proof of the equipment failure.

The line was almost to tge door but the time we were done. The waiter at the breakfast was completely flustered. Onto the good points. The room (looked newly renovated) was simplistic but clean. There is a refrigerator but too bad there was not a microwave. We were here for a conference held at the hotel and they did a fantastic job.

Once the wedding was done the chairs were removed and floor opened for dancing. Everything was going well, everyone was having a great time. I go to the car to get my wedding gift which was a bottle of wine along with a monetary card gift. The gift bag that the wine bottle was in torn so I took it out and had it sitting on the table were we were sitting, while I filled out my card, so I can put it on the gift table. The manager in charge of the banquet room comes over to tell me I couldn't open the bottle. I said it's not for me it's my gift for the couple.. but thanks for minding my business! She takes it a step further and tells our server I had the bottle of wine and he comes over and said I know my manager said something to you about the bottle and I just wanted to tell you there's no drinking in the dining room..and I lost it, like why do two people have to tell me about a wine bottle I brought as a gift. It wasn't opened, I just wasn't understanding why she had to go tell him to tell me again, about a gift I brought for the couple. Who does that! ?? It was unnecessary to say the least. I could see if it was opened then come say your just do. But don't come harassing me about something that wasn't anything. Never again will I be back here. Treat your guest with some respect lady just baggering people for nothing at all. Gifts go home with the couple when they leave like stop the foolery! The wedding was nice however I won't be back!

I would say the location is great since its near walamrt, wawa along with many different restaurants. If you are into indian or asian food, there are many choices nearby to you. Hotel looked clean and well kept with service and front of staff during their jobs with anything that you asked for. The rooms were pretty standard, I did enjoy the fact that it was meant for extended stay so it came with kitchen suite. It is located a little inside by a residential area so I would not worry about any theft but they do have cameras and they do take down the license plate number of cars so no one can solicit. I have no complaints and would gladly stay here again.

Excellent front desk staff that really seems to care. 3. Excellent, comfortable beds. 4. Good, fast elevators near the lobby. 5. Great shower pressure, although the tub in our suite had a puddle in the floor. 6. The TV is way too small, given its distance from the beds. 7. Housekeeping is terrible: - They only clean rooms once per week, and it shows. The floor/rug was unclean, as was evidenced by my dirty feet after taking a shower and walking around the room. - There was a used washcloth on the shower curtain rod. - The dishwasher was clean but had not been emptied. - The pillows are wrapped in zippered covers, but the metal zippers were facing outward, so they can scratch your face, rather than safely in the pillowcases.

I mean a picture is worth 1,000 words and ive got several. Bathroom was a nightmare, toilet was new, but they put the old broken toilet seat on it! Like your brand new toilet didnt come with a seat on it?? Towels were dirty when we got there, already used and just folded and put back on the shelf. Towel rack broken. Privacy lock wouldn't close all the way. Just ugh... Their "on the go" breakfast consisted of two types of granola bars and one muffin. But thats better than nothing I guess? The kitchenette came with full size fridge which was nice, also microwave, and two cooktops, but nothing else. No silverware, plates, cups, pots or anything. How are you supposed to cook? The ugly: Im not a pampered princess, but act like you want me to be here. My kids and i have traveled the past 14 hours and its 2 am on Christmas. We waited an additional 20 min for your system to reboot, and then because it kept kicking you out, waited another 20 min before we could get the key to our room. You tossing the key on the shelf and saying "Here's your key, sign the screen and you're done, have a good night" and running off without even waiting for a response was ignorant and rude. I'll never come here again.

The bed was terrible, it was hard but the middle super sinking. Pillows were as flat as a boardwalk. The showers were dirty as you can tell by the pictures. Carpets, dont let me get started on those. I've been having a hard time writing this review. I have really mixed feelings about my experience…read moreat The Lily Inn. I'll start with the pros: The Inn itself was beautiful and charming. It's 3 floors, with a sitting room, dining room, and kitchen on the first floor. A hangout room on the 2nd floor and bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There was an issue with the room we originally booked, and Candace upgraded our room for us.l before we even arrived. Our new room was great. It had two parts to it, a king-size bed, futon, and a beautiful bathroom. Candace and the Inn were also accommodating , as we booked on a third party site not realizing kids under 8 were not allowed and they allowed us to bring our 1 year old (he loved the place, too, btw). The bed portion of our bed and breakfast experience was wonderful. The con would have to be the breakfast part. So, first, we should have read their website before booking, as it does state that they serve continental breakfast during the week, and we stayed on a Monday night. As disappointed as we were, that's on us. However, what we were served wasn't even that, in my opinion. There were muffins, some grab and go granola bars, oatmeal packets, and some fruit (apples and tangerines). We were pretty disappointed in the spread. The breakfast options also stayed out all day and also played the roll of the snacks they offered. So when we arrived, the blueberry muffins and granola bars were out in the kitchen to take. We were offered the same thing for breakfast the next morning. Another reviewer stated that this felt more like an AirBnB, and I agree. I think one of the special aspects of a bed and breakfast is not only the charming atmosphere (check, they got that right) but receiving a nice breakfast in the morning. I get weekdays can be slow, so I can forgive a continental breakfast, but there should at least be some yogurt or toast or bagels or something. So, we will settle on 3 stars. The bed portion was a 4/5 star experience, but the breakfast was a 1.
