Every year this place has gotten noticeably worse -- poorer upkeep, worse management, and an overall decline in quality while rent and fees continue to increase. The staff acts indifferent to resident concerns, and trying to get clear answers about billing or policies is frustrating and exhausting. For the amount they charge, the living experience is nowhere close to acceptable. There are far better places to live that actually value their tenants and maintain their property properly. Honestly, moving out was the best part of living here. I'm incredibly relieved to be done dealing with this complex and would never recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free place to live.

At the time of her slip and fall none of the walkways were shoveled, the snow just began to accumulate on the ground so it was not shoveled or salted yet. About 2 hours passed I went back outside to get my grand daughters toy out of the car and noticed they must have received my call because they came by and the walk way was cleared and salt was down. Monday came and gone, mind you I have a lot of health issues and with the cold damp weather my COPD, diabetes neuropathy, and my arthritis is very bad those of you who have these issues will truly understand and with 2 deaths of people I knew passed away all in the same week so I kept telling my daughter she needed to follow up with the front desk and she didn't. I placed another call to the office the following Monday. Somehow in the middle of the call right about 5:59 pm we get disconnected. I attempted to call back twice, no answer but the front desk closes at 6pm, how convenient. My daughters fiance and I drove to the office, lights out door locked. It's now Thursday and all I hear is crickets. I hope I catch my neighbor outside because he has the door camera and I want to see if he has it saved I don't understand why all this trouble. She slipped and fell, and she is very sore still. I am hoping she is okay. Since all this happened I put in 2 maintenance calls for my toilet and no one has addressed that or returned my call either. I can see if we are troubled tennants but we aren't, we never missed rent always pay in advance, never cause trouble. So if considering moving here just keep that in mind. And very quiet. It's really a hidden gem. Maintenance are always polite. Bo the maintenance guy will always help you with everything. Very respectful neighbors. Upgraded space from kitchen to carpet. They always took resident complaints seriously. Pest control services was included. Where do you get that? They continuously work hard to keep the property looking like an enjoyable place to live. I recently moved out to be closer to work. The move out process was so smooth. I didn't have to do much, just clean the place. Barbara was so sweet during my walk through.
