When I called, they put onus for everything on me. For instance, they said I should have asked the cost before it was filled despite them telling me on more than one occasion that their pricing was competitive to Chewy. I…read morewas concerned about finding a good vet for what I thought was getting to the point of being an emergency. My Jack Russell Terrier woke up on a Monday morning with a very red belly. He was very itchy. This just a day or so after inflammation around his snout (the consensus is that he probably got bit by a bug in Memphis Saturday). I have him Benedryl Saturday and Sunday night. That helped. By Monday morning, he was whining and scratching constantly. I searched Yelp and found this place. They were able to squeeze us in first thing in the morning. Dr. Jayasundera and all of the staff were awesome! They found 2 fleas on him (I gave him Advantix II on July 27). I can only imagine how many fleas he might have had without that treatment. Mizzen got a Cytopoint injection, a dose of Credelio (for fleas and ticks), and a spritz of Gen One spray on his red belly. She suggested continuing the Benedryl doses while we finish our road trip back home to Arizona. He stopped scratching almost immediately! 6 hours later his belly isn't as red as it was. I figure it will continue getting better and will follow up with his vet in Arizona when we get back. If you are looking for an amazing vet, The Pet Clinic is a great option!

I paid them $800 as requested before the vet would see him. The vet who was there was filling in for the above vet she was on vacation. Very helpful and did all she could to save him. After 4 days his bladder ruptured and I had no choice but to euthanize him as he was in so much pain. An autopsy was performed the vet Ashley Stephen's had nicked his urethra causing his death. I truly believed that as stated by the owner they would do the right thing but now it's turned over to their adjuster to review and that person wants me to submit all records and bills and explain why I want my money back. You would think they( the clinic) would provide all records , the adjuster wants to verify I have a valid claim. They killed my baby. And this is the second puppy I've had die under their care. Well never again and if the burden of proof is on me fine I will do what is necessary to resolve this issue. Ashley Stephen's called me a week and a half after returning from vacation to offer me her condolences....seriously and stated she had been meaning to call but had been busy. Again with the BS of asking what they could do for me . When I told her same thing I told Dr. Brian silence. They were busy circling the wagons to try and cover up her negligence for her to call. Blood tests in Austin, Texas averaged $45. We weren't informed of the cost. Wanted to keep him overnight because they were so "concerned". Umm, no. We'll watch him closely and bring him back the next day if needed. He's a rescue and we're not about to leave him overnight in a cage. Gave us some pills. When we go to check out, the 3 receptionists were yelling over each other. We couldn't hear ourselves think. They show us the bill. Charged us over $300 for the blood test (which was completely unneeded). Total bill was almost $700. For diarrhea! And since he was so concerned (wanting to keep him overnight), we certainly expected a call the next day to see how he was doing. In fact, EVERY SINGLE VET has always called the next day to check on our pet. Nothing. Over a month and we're still waiting for the call from the "very concerned" vet. This vet is such a rip off. Do yourself a favor and stay away. So glad we have found a caring vet in this town.

Loud, pulsing music and raucous staff interactions both at the front counter and coming from the "hospital" portion of the building. When animals are sick or being tended to with shots or uncomfortable procedures, it is insensitive to subject them to such an anxiety producing environment. The staff is very helpful, friendly and professional, they always are responsive and very good at communicating reminders for upcoming appointments. We dropped off our 2 dogs last week with them for boarding as we were heading out of state. Our first time using boarding services with them. Last week the region was having massive amounts of rain. Their covered play areas kept them safe, happy and dry. Plus they give them play time FOUR times a day!! They were also able to keep our 2 girls together so they felt safe with each other and not lonely. We can't say enough good things about them. It's a very nice facility and worth the 40 drive to there each time for good care for our girls.

He didn't respond to any questions, I tried to ask as he walked away with his back to us, as if we were not significant, perhaps he wasn't interested in my puppy. Simple reassurance would have sufficed. However, he never even looked at my puppy, except to give a vaccine shot. He treated us as if we were not worth his time, he was aloof, cold, and his lack of empathy was rude. I know by his behavior he won't blink with this review, I'm quite sure he has been allowed to behave this way for a long time. Shame on him. Please don't waste your time with this provider. Reviews for Airport were very low, however I had previously read a Hot springs post about the lack of after hour emergency vets and this vet was well appreciated and had many comments. I took our Shepherd there today for vaccines, heart worm treatment and a variety of other check up type issues. Dr. Lechek was our Vet today and I could not have been happier. Truly feel like I have found our home vet here in Hot Springs. The lobby and office staff were great. Loved Miss Stormy our vet tech. So many stressors when you move 1500 miles from where you were born and raised. Finding this vet has eased my animal concerns and I am truly grateful to have them.

The rude sales associate needs a job where she doesn't deal with customers.
