Kevin Vicknair and staff are the upmost professional staff I have seen in a long time. They are fun but also very business like. In every (eight or nine of them to be exact) that I have had they have had me in and out, I haven't had to wait like a regular dr's office. They know their stuff. They have NEVER EVER been rude or inconsiderate nonetheless aggressive. And to whomever this Katie is with her review, I would take it with a grain of salt. They have always called me and all of my friends who are also clients by our names and not by 'transphobic pronouns'. And secondly if, it's 'Katie's second visit then he/she would've known to have shaved BEFORE her visit. They clearly state it on their paperwork and ask you to do so when making an appointment, If your wife was that creeped out by Mr. Vicknair or staff putting cream on his/her face then obviously there is some psychological issues there that need to be worked out. I've been going to ALS for nearly a year and am a completely satisfied customer! From the first visit, I have felt right at home by the kind and caring Staff. I appreciate the EXCELLENT job they do, but more importantly I appreciate them making me feel for lack of a better word, "normal." I avoided laser treatment for years because I was embarrassed to talk about my hair growth. I appreciate that ALS operates with the upmost confidentiality and professionalism! I went to ALS to address unwanted facial hair issues. They have treated me with a lot of respect. I used to feel less of a woman because of the facial hair, but I never felt that way at ALS, in fact, they made me feel very comfortable with myself. They offer several price specials from month to month, so that is something to take advantage of. But I can tell you that I would use them and recommend them even if they didn't offer specials. ALS is a nice, clean place with very friendly people. They have some neat art on the walls that the owner's wife paints - and they offer a lot of different services. Fortunately I think the best thing about them is that they will actually explain what the different treatments do and help you figure out what would work best rather than what is the most expensive.
