The people here are extremely rude. I scheduled an appointment at 6:40 and no one greeted me when I arrived. After sitting for like 20 min, someone came to help me and they rushed me to decide on my color and sit down (I had a color and idea in mind and wanted to ask their opinion on it before picking my actual color). I asked the guy his name when I sat down and he answered and then kept cutting up with the other nail tech. Never asked me anything or said a word to me. He used the grinder tool and kept cutting my cuticles. He never apologized. He rushed to get my nails done and was rushing through the tools and supplies. He was done in like 15 min and they don't look good. Would not recommend this place. read more

Each time I've been here the techs have worked quickly and done an excellent job. My nails have always lasted 3-4 weeks and looked stunning. Only taking one star off b/c to add the chrome powder it was an extra $15. read more

There has been my go to nail lounge for over a year now. Kim is the manager and always takes very good care of me. She is very skilled and focuses on every detail. Truly wonderful quality and service. I've also had several other technicians give me pedicures which were never a disappointment either. The environment and "look" of the salon is gorgeous. I went for a gel manicure and pedicure on Saturday, August 19th. My pedicure was perfect and my manicure felt rushed, the initial outcome of my manicure looked great. I was under the impression that gel nails do not chip compared to normal polish. But it is a week later and my nails look like the pictures below. They started chipping 3 days after my manicure. I am disappointed since I paid for gel. I've had gel before and it has never chipped like this especially this soon after the manicure. I am only a college student and not doing anything "crazy" that would cause them to chip like this. read more

Prices are comparable to what you'd receive at another other place in town. You can receive a complimentary drink during your service. Had a horrible experience, the cuticle on my thumb on my left hand was cut so bad it was still bleeding an hour later when I washed my hands again at home and they still charged me full price for the manicure. He was also going to try to use a drill on my bare nails for a regular maincure, but I didn't let him. Had to tell him to get water for me to soak my hands in for my manicure. I got also got a pedicure, he did that firsrt and didn't do a good job on my pedicure either. Seems like he was trying to rush and he knicked a couple of my cuticles on my feet but no bleeding but I can feel the soreness. I was visiting from out of state and had my nails done for my anniversary. They let my feet soak for about 3 minutes before rushing through a manicure not making conversation or asking if I was comfortable. Then, I had my "manicure" at a table full of nail clippings, mail dust, and wet paint/other unknown sticky liquids. The towels were also not changed before customers. During my manicure I soaked my nails in a bowl for 15 seconds before he used a grinder tool to trim my cuticles as I winced. Then, with sawdust all over my hands and nails he proceeded to paint them and walk away. I was so confused thinking he'd clean my hands, use lotion, massage my arms...anything. But he never returned. I am a nail biter and a manicure is very special for me because I feel clean and inspired not to bite my nails. However, after this "nail painting" (I wouldn't call it a manicure) I was left with bubbly paint and lots of excess skin around my nails. I did not feel comfortable speaking to them as they were very much in a hurry and clearly did not want to speak with me. I just bit my tongue and have learned to get my nails done elsewhere when I'm in town. read more

Took the little sister here for pedicures. Everyone is very friendly and hospitable!! I wont lie... the price is pretty steep in comparison to the traditional salon... but you get the whole package- foot soak, scrub, lotion, massage and hot towel. My manicurist did a great job!! Went there before going on vacation to the beach for a pedi and a manicure. The pedicure was not super bad, but not with the expected price/quality. Not a long massage. I had gel polish that did not last long, after 3 beach days I needed to redo it. But the worst was the manicure. I had an acrylic and gel. Not a single nail was the same size or shape, also the acrylics were not the right size for my fingers, and they were poking on the sides. The tech that did my manicure was more interested in her cellphone than doing a good job. Also I stayed there for nearly 2.5h!!!! For the worst job I've ever paid. Don't go there! read more

Manicure - Lots of colors and designs to pick from for gel, acrylic and dip nails. Very happy with the service and the end product with my hands. I did the dip for the first time and loved it! I will definitely be back to see Krista. Pedicure - Signature and Gentlemen's option available. Cleaned, exfoliated and moisturized below the knee. Hot towels and stone massage comes with both options. Pretty happy with the service with the exception of the paint job. Sadly I'm just not going back. Fingers are bleeding an hour after leaving. Polish didn't match at all (tried to say orange was pink). The nail techs always ignore my color choice and try to put another on my nails. I spent 4 hours there getting acrylics and dip powder that made a huge mess and were not at all what I was wanting after I told them what I wanted several times. He proceeded t mumble under his breath the whole time and laugh at me and my nails and made me super uncomfortable. I've been there before and they always managed to cut my natural nails too short so I bled and always used the drill on not only my real nails, but all over my cuticles so they'd burn and be sore for two days afterwords also. I know others who went and said they overheard workers talking bad about customers and even themselves. NEVER AGAIN. read more

I have been here 2 times and both times something has gone wrong. The first time, I came with a friend to get pedicures. They did great with mine, but her's was a different story. When we came in, she picked a design they had on a nail as a display. They didn't say anything about it and started her pedicure. When it came time to do the design, the lady left and said she couldn't do it so she got someone else which would be fine, but the second lady said they couldn't do that design. This was weird because they had that design up front with the nail swatches, so they should've been able to do it. My friend found a picture of a new design for them to do and they glanced at it then did a different design anyways. It came out good, but wasn't close to what she originally asked for. The second time I had a similar experience. I came alone to get my nails done. I decided to get dip with a very simple design. I showed the lady the picture and there was no problem. She ended up doing a very different design than I showed her. It was very cute but not what I asked for. Overall, I would recommend this place if you want a solid color, but if you want a design, I would go somewhere else. read more

Very nice place super clean and amazing decor. My experience was very unpleasant. I made 2 appointments for my daughter (12) manicure with gel and I to have full set with pedicure. My daughter went 1st then they had me do a pedicure...after my pedicure I sat and waited for 45 min to get my full set done no one asked me if I was helped or told me to move from the pedicure chair to another I had to get up and grab my things to sit and wait. As I waited I noticed my daughter's nails were not gel polish. So I told the nail tech and he was very irritated kinda throwing a tantrum as he took the nail polish ofg. He then started putting gel polish on in such a hurry causing the polish to get all over her skin only putting 1 thin coat on making her nails look horrible. So I explained to him we made the appointment for GEL polish and told the receptionist he made me seem like I was clueless of the difference of gel polish and regular. So as he was doing that he was telling me if I kept her regular nail polish on he was going to give her manicure to me for free?!?! And I said well I don't expect anything to be free I just rather it done right? Then I told him I have yet to get my full set done and that made him very flustered and pist off saying they were behind and I would have to wait 45 min to an hour to get my nails done...I said forget it I made appointments and I had to pay 85$ for manicure for a child and pedicure for me. I was hoping this place would be as good as everyone says because I moved here from another state and I just had a baby it was my 1st time getting pampered since being pregnant. I was very disappointed and felt as if I was a burden to the salon. I had to go to another salon right after leaving to redo my daughters nails because they didn't put a top coat on. What's sad is the salon after here have me a 50% discount because they felt bad that casabella made our time so horrible. I never make poor reviews but this experience was an absolute nightmare. read more
