Honestly, I only came to this location due to work -as they are an authorized dealer for safety glasses paid for by the company I was contracted with. So I CANNOT speak about the eye doctor or the prices. But I decided not to deduct any stars, because I have nothing to complain about. Glasses were perfect! Service was personal and friendly. They arrived sooner than estimated. COVID-19 Precautions were taken (you are supposed to make an appointment first. It appears very clean inside. Your temp. is taken at the door.) This place is small and friendly. It is NOT A SUPERSTORE with walls of thousands of glasses. Nice boutique with designer names. Glasses are behind glass (as if in a jewelry store.) The staff are great, but their lab may be the slowest and most unorganized in Arkansas…read more Absolutely use them for your optometrist visits, but take your prescription elsewhere unless you want to wait over two weeks for your glasses. Even if you do wait past the two weeks, the onus is on you to call and check on the status of your order. Miraculously, when you do call, your glasses will arrive the next day. I'm not sure if that's a coincidence, or if your call somehow motivates them to complete orders more quickly. This happened with both my glasses and sunglasses orders made over two weeks apart. At first I thought it was an anomaly, but it seems to be an issue with all lab orders. Again, the staff are great, but you can find inexpensive glasses elsewhere that won't take 2+ weeks for delivery.

My only offset was the welcome, or lack there of, from the receptionist. She didn't greet me with a smile or introduction, just asked me "what can I do for you", handed me some paperwork to fill out & that's about it, not the most friendly welcome. Other than that, the rest of the staff was kind & I'll hopefully see them again next time!

Simmons eye care staff is amazing but their contract with the lab that actually makes the eye…read moreglasses is completely incompetent, not only did that send the frames from the store to the lab to make sure that received the correct glasses they still got it wrong, the excuses ranged from the glasses didn't pass inspection. Also after the order was sent in with the correct frames they kept trying to give me a totally different pair of frames and you could see by the order slip and the frames the numbers did not match. After being told a rush order is being placed on the order they still took their time completing the order. I do recommend Simmons eye care for your eye needs, but I do not recommend their eye glass services. Take your prescription somewhere else to avoid the headache and long wait,
