A lot, but it was worth it. They saw to the job quickly, got us a great unit and really stand behind their work. Not long ago, the unit wouldn't turn on. We called Jones and they sent someone out to fix it that day. The cost? Nothing as Jones guarantees their work for a year and stand behind what they do. Jones might not be the cheapest in town, but that's OK. The customer service more than makes up for it.

I thought their prices were extremely high, especially for Bryant, Arkansas, which is a small town with approximately 20,000 residents. I contacted another Heating & Air Conditioning company and they charged a flat fee of $89 to travel to the property and fix the problem, plus labor and costs. I suggest that if you are searching for a business that you go on Yelp and check out the actual reviews that customers have posted prior to hiring a company.
