I came here to pick up a foundation letter for a new home construction that just finished. I was…read moretold to wait for a little bit because the engineer was "busy". That "little bit" turned into over an hour and a half wait. When I actually met with the engineer, he told me to come back the following day. I asked him if he could leave the letter at the front desk and when a good time was for me to come to in so I wouldn't have to wait for him again. He said that he would leave the letter at the front desk and to come in after nine. I came in at 9:25 am and it's about 10:10 am as I'm typing this and there's still no letter. The guy at the front desk told me when I came in that he'd go back and check. He went inside and I haven't seen him since. If they can't do a simple thing such as providing a letter and/or following through on something they said they'd do, why would anyone want to us them for other services? I mean, seriously, how hard is it to provide a letter?!?! Very unreliable. Avoid at all costs. Edit: I was getting ready to bitch somebody out and make a scene. I don't want to get arrested so I left at 10:25 am with no letter.

I am super pleased with what I received. He was always on time, communicated when he would be at my house and always cleaned up. I usually wouldn't say this about contractors but don't waste your time getting quotes from others. He did a killer job and would recommend him to anyone!

I gave her an advance deposit, and said I'd give her four weeks. I called her the next day that I changed my mind, but she asked me for a chance. Come March for the agreed promised time -- the chairs were not ready, and neither was she. A couple of times, she's pretended to be someone else, and say that she wasn't there too. When I reach her, she tells me to call back, and this cycle continues for weeks and months. It's the beginning of May, and I finally got my chairs back today. I had to get non-emergency police escorts, to show her that I was serious! I'm over here trying to pay her. Anyway, the deal is done, the chairs look fine, but I am NEVER coming back. Good riddance. I am so glad I don't have to worry about my chairs anymore and her horrible service. Anyway, one of the police escorts was interested in a job, and got her business card. How nice! Good luck, buddy.
