After 4 Attempts to schedule, I kept being rescheduled for another day and another day. I even attempted to requested early to be the first job on Monday and cannot ever get any service. Promises made to be scheduled but always receive: I cannot do it today. I always have to reach out to them first to schedule, no follow up on the customer. Problem from the Start. My Keyfob was Cut First, instead to Checking First if Key can be Programmed BEFORE Cutting the Key. Now I have a Key that is Cut and Not Usable and not returnable. So I was Charged $80 just to "CUT" a key. Now I have to start over *** Despite Ron sending multiple unprofessional texts with profanity, I will still change to 3 Stars. I still do not have a KeyFob that Works.

It's a dispatch service that calls out various locksmiths. After waiting almost an hour I received a call from the locksmith. He wanted to confirm the address. He could barely speak English. About 45 minutes after that I received a call from the dispatch service telling me that the locksmith was at my house. I told them that there was nobody outside my house. She said she would call and have him contact me. I told her I didn't want to talk to that person again because he barely speaks English and obviously couldn't find my address. The next thing I know they have dispatched a new person to my address. I asked him when he would be arriving and he simply said "I'm leaving now". After waiting over half an hour I called the dispatcher and cancelled the call. She offered to give me a 10% discount if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. I told her that she had already wasted over two hours of my time and I wasn't interested. A few minutes later I received a call from the second locksmith telling me that he was only 12 minutes away. I agreed to wait for him. Well he wasn't 12 minutes away, he was about 20 minutes away. He came in and did the job. I mentioned that the service had offered me a 10% discount for rescheduling. He began to give me the discount and I told him I didn't want him to pay me I wanted dispatch company to pay me. When I called the dispatcher to request my discount she told me that since I didn't reschedule I didn't qualify for the discount. I told her if she was going to take that kind of an attitude I would give them a bad review on the internet and she hung up on me. So here's my bad review.
