Lucky for me, Alex at the Chapman Avenue location provided me with enough information to establish that it's an illegal business practice from a real business, so now I have some recourse. Would have been better if he had not repeatedly called me to tell me he knew I was home alone and there was nothing I could do to stop him from calling. I truly appreciate being given the info I needed to seek the fines established as penalty for the behavior outlined in this post.
