The best doctor in the city always listens to people and knows what is for them. Best employees also.

Thank you to the female PA who sent it in. I still haven't heard a word from the disgusting office manager, Lori. She is a gutless coward who should absolutely be fired! You can't return a patient's phone call over the course of 3 days. I'm not surprised though. What could she possibly say? Yes my staff is rude, they will hang up on you, lie to you, not deliver your messages to your doctor? She knows that I am righteous on everything I have put on yelp so far. The filthy, uncouth behavior is reprehensible and immature. I hope you are fired soon, Lori and Lulu. You are trash.

Luckily everything was normal and as he predicted, he grew out of it. This was around 2018-2019. He has a great office staff and the girls in the back office always loved seeing our son and offering him something in the Treasure Box after his visit. I would highly recommend him.

Crystal and her demeanor are a perfect example of why many people are afraid to ask important questions about their health, bc they're worried they're going to be met with misplaced condescension. Well, clearly, Crystal, not "everything" was explained if there was a follow-up question, but the obvious assumption and underhanded implication in your statement is that you and your team cannot possibly have any blind spots, and that- because you don't have any blind spots- anyone who asks you a question must clearly be stupid. Crystal- you are in the healthcare space, but you don't belong in it as long as you treat patients with that demeanor. Do better. That attitude is in very poor taste. Do you treat patients the way you want your most loved ones to be treated? Please ask yourself this next time someone is reaching out to you for help. It is a nasty thing to be in a position to help someone experiencing vulnerability, and to use that opportunity to be rude and condescending.

I told her they usually will accept you sometimes up until 15 minutes late. I told her by the time I got the wheelchair out and the foot rests on it made us the 7 minutes late.
