Arlington is already diverse but it was good to see all the different backgrounds my friends were. The greatest compliment has been my child saying about her old school, "I'm not returning because I love CU." (Talk about music to our ears when she said that.) CU is a warm, family-oriented environment that caters to the individual child. It provides the academic rigor vital for us, along with a host of enrichment opportunities from robotics and animal husbandry to chess and cheer. During our exploration, what sealed the deal was what we witnessed during our CU tour. We passed a group of children (who appeared close in age to my child) working on a group project in the library. They were discussing their different perspectives and had books that they were referencing. While we knew nothing about the project, I was impressed by how immersed they were in the work, and all appeared to be thoroughly enjoying the educational experience. So many vital skills were underway without them knowing it, which filled us with optimism about our child's future development at CU. Our family couldn't be happier to be part of the CU family. Our daughter is thriving; she has the best, most wonderful teacher. It's a true partnership, and we're beyond grateful. If you're looking for a program for your child, I recommend CU. How is that possible? It has not even been a month and he placed that grade this past Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Last year she had Michael Moore for algebra 2 and she failed his class. It is not even a month and she is at an 88. A whole grade went down in one month. I highly recommend parents taking advantage of the State of Texas grant for home schooling, which is about $10, 300 per year, per student. Parents can make money while teaching their children and teenagers at home. I do not recommend this school at all. The founder has been able to open six campuses, despite recent teacher/student indecent relationships. How is that possible? The State of Texas should have closed all six campuses. The founder per regulations is supposed to have earnings of $5,000. How is it possible for her and her husband to have earnings of three million to 20 million +. Teachers are bullies here. I don't want your children/teenagers to go through the bullying and emotional stress that teachers have placed on my daughter.
