I did my due diligence before joining, I visited classes throughout the area all they way to Bishop Arts and found my home here. When it comes to classes, disciplines and coaching you can't go wrong. I started out attending 2 - 3 times a week and have found myself attending 4 - 5 times a week within one month and loving it.

I was told that an in-person evaluation is necessary but simply couldn't schedule it. I couldn't reach them. So I checked their hours of operation and went there, they were closed at 8 pm even though on google and Yelp it says they are open till 9 pm every day. When I sent an email with a question about how can I get a hold of them, I was told they never worked till 9 pm on Saturday. After providing a screenshot of business hours that are listed I received a pretty rude email. Definitely, not going there, and wouldn't recommend it unless you like to be treated poorly.

I appreciate that this striking gym also focuses on Muay Thai and offers classes for beginners and advanced practitioners, including both children and adults. The Muay Thai instructors (Kru Pena and Jennifer) are knowledgeable and highly focused on each student, taking time to ensure proper technique, growth, and confidence. Additionally, the facility has a highly regarded fight team that competes in both amateur and professional Muay Thai events.
