We learned modern jiu jitsu, from killing DLR hooks to coming up on a single leg from the DLR. It is clean, good jiu jitsu. The school is newer so there's going to be a breaking in period where more and more people come, but I am sure they will come. However, they do provide one of the most encouraging environments. My partner even says that she feels like she's been through a spiritual counseling by the time she leaves. All in all, we absolutely love the academy. We can see it in our son's eyes that Master Waugh is not just his instructor, but a mentor. This is more than just another Jiu Jitsu academy; it's a family.
