It is also arguably the best spot in town to watch the sunset. The sun sets RIGHT over the river and it is always a great sight. People bring folding chairs and blankets to sit and watch. I've seen people bring V Pizza to eat while looking out at the river, and I need to keep that in mind for next time lol! Note that there is no designated parking or benches. There is a crosswalk with a ramp up to the walk way, so this is handicap accessible. Don't miss this beautiful spot in San Marco.

I can't believe that this is my first time here as I am often in the area and seek out parks to walk and get some steps towards my minimum ten thousand steps a day minimum. But now that I have discovered Losco Regional Park, I will say that I will definitely return to this wonderful park. This park was also pretty popular on this particular Thursday morning. There were plenty of people enjoying the park. Losco Regional Park is truly a great park and I definitely recommend a visit here. I will also give Losco Regional Park an overall rating of five stars. Just a few people walking dogs and a few bird watchers. This is part of the Floris Birding Trail and we got a glimpse of a Barred Owl! Pretty cool! Take bug spray because you are on a paved path through the woods. There is a small playground as well.
