BUT that being said, the final bill…read morewas $722.00 over the original quote, without any qualifying statement letting us know that the amount quoted was not necessarily going to be the final total. That amount might have made the difference of us choosing another company. When we asked them about it we were told "well there was trenching and extra labor" - the trenching was something they knew about when they gave us the bid. And it was such a small job that there shouldn't have been that much extra labor. Seems like a pretty significant amount to underbid a small job and Very unbusinesslike not to honor the original bid. Also, they said they didn't want to drill through the house and that we would need to contact a coring company for that part - which was fine -but then we had to try to coordinate Arrow Circle meeting at the house with the coring co. instead of them just handling that end and contacting the coring co. directly. Plus they didn't follow through with the city permit inspectors. They pulled the permit and at the end of the job we asked when the final inspection would be with the city, we were told that on such a small building it didn't need to have a final inspection. That didn't sound right so I called the city and inquired. They said any time you pull a permit you have to have a final inspection to close out the job. So pretty unprofessional in several aspects. We will not be recommending them for these reasons.

They seem to only care on upselling you or quick to take your money. But when you need them to hold up their workmanship or at least a courtesy call of discussing a solution you get ghosted.
