I was told I can put down 3.5% for the down payment. Then was told I needed 100k. Then was told to ask family for loans to get money for more down. I went to another real estate company and was told everything I went through here was unnecessary. My credit was ran and I was charged for nothing. I even wanted to make an offer on a home and was told that was a lot of paperwork involved to make an offer and I wasn't going to get the home, and for me to not even make an offer. I wanted to view homes and never got responses until a week after. Once I hired a new real estate company, Karina would constantly call me trying to regain my business. I told her I have found someone else that was assisting me better and she had an attitude and hung up. She always claims she is the best in the business but it doesn't seem like it! I would never recommend anyone to come here. She tries to take advantage of first time buyers and wants you to do everything within a minutes notice and at her convenience. If the homes you're looking for are not in la county, good luck getting a response in getting to go see them. She also has a family member take over the sale who has no knowledge on buying homes, and when confronted upon the issue she says it was her day off. She may be having people work for her that are not licensed real estate agents and it sadly shows upon the performance of her company. If she needs anything signed or reviewed you have to take the time out of your day to go to her office, she will not go to your home to better assist. She will do whatever is more convenient to her, and also whatever requires less work for her.

We don't know what the heck we are doing that's where a tax consultant comes in. Jesse refused to respond to any of our questions. Hey how about responding something like, " I'm sorry that can't be done but we can do this." Try some common courtesy and professionalism. And not act like an angry toddler. I showed up to my appointment 7 min late as my family member sent it 1130 and it was a 30 min drive. I texted him saying I was running late 10 min late. I arrived at my appointment and he said he took someone else because I was late. Very unprofessional, and then he said I could wait 30 min for that family to leave. I waited and then I go in and he said be never booked me when I had the message as proof. He said he didn't want to help me and kicked me out. I've never experienced anything like this from so call professional. He then said if I yelped him that he's attorneys would come after me. I do not recommend people to do their taxes here. The location was cute and had parking but professionalism is more then a cute place. I honestly felt that he wanted to hit me and I stated if you touch me for a taking a picture of the outside of your office I will call the police. He then said he's daughter is a police what a great way to use our law enforcement when he was the one who could of just said he double booked. Not a big deal. I did start recording him because I was afraid that he would hit me would being in public business location with multiple businesses.
