Armando had a wonderful team (led by Augustine) paint our newly built barn. He was responsive to my request for an estimate and it fell within what we were willing to pay. (I couldn't compare costs because he was actually the only painter to reply to my inquiries!) However, I would say the cost was very fair. (And far less than what the builder for our home had quoted.) His team started the job shortly after I signed the contract/estimate. They used all the quality primer and paint we had requested, prepared the surfaces VERY thoroughly with taping off and plastic/paper, and caulked around the windows as discussed. I was so pleased to see on a very windy day they had even covered our cars with plastic from any possible overspray! The team cleaned up at the end of every work day and were very professional. I wanted the whole interior of my fairly large house painted, still had the sprayed on flat white paint in every room. found Armando's on the web. Armando spent time with the wife on type and color of paint, he measured each space to include ceilings (10 ft) and running board and repaired every imperfection where you could see tape and nails. The house was covered all furniture moved and was at my door at 0800 each day (total of only three days) and was cleaned up, Each employee (only three) had jobs to do and were working all day long, they did go above and beyond! I cant say enough good things, he also had a CONTRACT with all information i needed to sign, I would Highly recommend Armando's to do any work again, o yeah Armando Start again tomorrow doing a back splash made of glass. I highly recommend Armando's Painting & General Contracting. Front start to finish Armando and his fantastic crew did exceptional work at a fair price and on time. This was a huge job on a large three story home that included repainting all the exterior trim, the siding on a bedroom extension, a garage, greenhouse, stairs, porches (including replacing the screens) and a fair amount of carpentry work to repair water damaged wood all of which was done to perfection. Mr Armando Alfonso, is a trusted contractor. I worked with him and his crew for different projects and they are very profesional, works with safety and on time lines. They painted my indoor house, including doors, refinishing surfaces,etc. and asked to do some additional decoration on the stairs walls. Also, they build a very nice deck, and added a concrete patio.
