We were able to work out a deal and we ended up overall being pleased with his work!! He is a hard worker (worked alone on a very daunting task). He is careful to take care of your belongings by taking time to cover everything. He also took time to sand walls for optimal appearance. David painted for me in late July 2022, here in Front Royal, VA. He charges over $100 per person…read moreper hour. And David charges for supplies and paint, and then won't let you even see the receipts, as he needs them for his business/tax deductions/expenses. He stated he was $50 per hour, so David over charged me $3,000. Plus he left three areas looking very bad. He came back to fix the three problems areas. I requested he sand two areas, and instead he spent all of 15 minutes painting over; no sanding done. Save yourself money! Avoid, avoid, avoid!
