Today, the windows only will lock if you use a lot of force to close them tight enough to engage the locks. There were issues right away. They got started, then disappeared for a couple of weeks. I was told that our main interior beam would be custom because of the ceiling fan we wanted installed. When they came back, they built it on site. The weather stripping on the windows was very short. It took months for them to change it out. The one door (swinging) would not lock. It took several trips to get it right and it now swings very stiff. The roof leaked, the entire interior was never wiped down and we had to fight with them to install the exterior skirting. The service man that came out multiple times was very nice, at first. I do think that he got tired of coming back out to fix things. The OWNER WAS TERRIBLE!! At least he said that he was the owner! I question the quality, as I said , its only a couple of years old. Will the windows hold up?? Value, I dont think so. A carpenter friend said that he could have built it, with better windows for far less money. I WOULD NOT use this company or their product.

Not only did they not order my awning until April, someone had left a post it note on my order that my order did not have to be installed until after spring. That was never a thing. They then called the awning manufacturer and said that they would have the awning the week of 5/20 and would install it right away. Well I called again on 5/28 and they said the item would be delivered on 5/30 and they would install it on 5/31. They did finally do that.

I emailed the pictures and didn't hear back because in my email, I had requested an email back confirming receipt of the pictures. Never heard anything and the phone conversation happened April 18th and it is now over a month later and I called his cell phone and got nothing so I called the office and talked with Rachel. She had me forward her the emails and photos and apologized for his lack of follow-up. She had another person call to follow-up and while he was very polite, I was already turned off because of Mike Sanders lack of follow-up. Cannot give my hard earned money to a company that cannot follow-up. Especially when I sent the photos that were requested.

Eric was very good and offering suggestions for our needs regarding a patio and landscaping. He coordinated with the concrete and landscaping companies always keeping us updated either via email or phone call. Our problems started when we tried to have the landscaping company return to finish the work and assess some of the tree that they planted. Some of the branches we brown after only on month of being planted. It took over a 1 1/2 months for them to return and complete the work. As of now one of the tree has withered and died. We attempted to contact both companies as the trees we supposed to have a warrant. Neither company has responded. Beware when dealing with this company. We paid in full before the landscaping was completed correctly and it was a mistake.
