The nice folks at Coastal told me to come right over, that although they work on appointments, they would squeeze me in. Once there and in no time at all they replaced the ear bud and sent me on my way. I would have been happy to pay and offered to do so. They did the repair promptly, at no charge and I was not even a regular customer. I was very please. It is a lot easier to help mom when she can hear me. They answer all my questions and go over test results while taking care of my hearing aids when they had issues. They all make my appointments a pleasure and not a hardship. When I went back for follow up, I was tested again and did not have dementia. I had my sister with me this time. Three worth worst months of my life.
