They answer all my questions and go over test results while taking care of my hearing aids when they had issues. They all make my appointments a pleasure and not a hardship. I was devastated. I couldn't really even process what he said to me. I went through extensive testing, very expensive testing. When I went back for follow up, I was tested again and did not have dementia. I had my sister with me this time. Three worth worst months of my life. Right prior to Christmas and my daughter's wedding. Imagine watching your mother die from dementia and then being told you had it. I was 63 at the time. It was a turning point for me regarding healthcare and how I was going to move forward. I hope this never happens to you.

There is a parking garage and also valet parking if you prefer. My appointment with Dr. Shah almost always runs on time. I rate Dr. shah as an excellent doctor. He doesn't rush me and takes the time to do a thorough consultation. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because of how difficult it is to get through to this office on the phones. It can sometimes take over an hour of waiting. They do offer a call back service but if you miss that then you have to start all over again. Given how busy they are and how many doctors they have, they should really employ more people for the phones. It's often quicker to drive there and speak to the front desk than it is to call in.

Wait time on phone is terrible. If you need help better drive to office, will be quicker.read more
