This is an A plus center in every way! Almost two years ago, after calling Comcast and our television repair to "fix" the sound system on our TVs, I discovered that the only problem was me! I had a significant hearing loss at 68! Although I was not happy with that information, after I was referred to Dr. Rose for testing and all was confirmed, I realized I discovered a "Rainbow" with Hear Care Audiology Center. I love my hearing aides, (I call them my"Hears", I love hearing! I love the service, the ease of using them, and I especially love ALL of the wonderful people that work there. We have been patients of Dr. Thorpe and her staff for at least 8 years now and have been exceptionally impressed with them all. Dr. Lopez was a consummate professional, patient, thorough and informative. Dr. Thorpe is now our audiologist and is equally a consummate professional. She is dynamic and thorough. Having administered a hearing test to my wife and identifying the newest deficiencies, she quickly recommended new Oticon hearing aids to significantly improve her hearing. Dr. Thorpe offered a 30 day free trial of those new Oticons, but after a week, my wife was so impressed with the quality of hearing from those Oticons, we went back in an purchased them. The thorough procedures Dr. Thorpe went through to determine which new aids to offer was impressive and easily understood. I have been a patient of HearCare for approximately two years. Dr. Rose at HearCare has met all my hearing needs. I first needed only one hearing aid but now need two. I recommend HearCare to anyone who needs/wants improved hearing. The hearing aids are comfortable and easy to wear. I have also purchased a Streamer Pro which has increased the quality of hearing for me. It is a hearing device which has the loop, is paired with my TV and cell phone. I've been working with Dr. Thorp to improve my ability to hear in crowds, movies and tv sound, and the mumbling of my grandchildren. After being fitted with extremely comfortable hearing aids, I've discovered that grandchildren really aren't mumbling and neither is my husband! I am very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Lopez, he was very patient with me during the testing. When it was determined that a hearing aid would be beneficial to me, he explained the difference between different ones. This is a first class operation. Dr Pulido, a doctor of audiology, is smart, thoughtful, and attentive. She tested and then discussed my particular hearing loss and the options for treatment, and she then very carefully helped me through the maze of companies and budget alternatives.
