We were driven around in an immaculately maintained white Mercedes CLS 550. Logistics for this day were super important as I planned to propose to my girlfriend / fiancé, and was super OCD about all the details but things went so smoothly I could not imagine it going any better. Since I was accused of leaving a bad review rather than trying to resolve an issue, I will share my story. Rented a 14 passenger van for a funeral this past Saturday. Hot as hell and the AC in the back of the van was not working, the driver's was. Everyone was sweating profusely. My wife almost passed out. Emailed them on the way back and got a nasty, yelling phone call about posting a review, when I hadn't. Owner then proceeded to give our driver, who was good, a hard time about not knowing how to use the AC. I refuse to communicate with her any more as I don't think you yell at customers especially after they just buried a loved one. I should be thankful that I didn't get billed for overtime, considering her driver had to stop for gas and made a wrong turn and a 10-15 minute detour. She said she is fair...she didn't bill for the extra time. Next time if I want to spend $840 to get heat struck, I'll fly to Florida. Choose wisely, this was a mistake. Never once was there an apology or accepting of an issue, just a lot of yelling and refusing to accept responsibility. read more

We hired this transportation service to provide shuttle transportation for our family during a funeral. We expected professionalism, compassion, and respect during an extremely difficult time. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. While family members and children were inside the funeral home saying their final goodbyes to their deceased mother, the owner and driver entered the funeral home to confront the daughter about rules regarding food and car seats. These rules had already been communicated to us, and we had already agreed to follow them. The timing and approach were extremely inappropriate given the circumstances. After leaving the funeral home, the owner again confronted our family about the same rules. We calmly explained that we understood the expectations and were willing to comply, but asked for some empathy given that we were walking out of a funeral and preparing to go to the church. Instead of de-escalating, the situation continued to escalate. As we were loading car seats, the owner physically pushed a four-year-old child out of the way in order to get to her vehicle door and close it, despite the car seats already having been removed. Multiple members of our group attempted to calm the situation so we could simply proceed to the church, but she continued escalating the interaction. The owner then called the police and claimed she had been assaulted. Officers arrived, assessed the situation, and determined that her allegations were unfounded. Because of this incident, the transportation service we had arranged and prepaid for was not provided. Our family was forced to drive our own vehicles behind the hearse to the church and cemetery. Many people were unprepared for this sudden change, had limited fuel, and were left scrambling during an already emotional day. During the incident, the owner stated that she had undergone brain surgery approximately three weeks earlier and suggested this contributed to her behavior. We cannot comment on her medical condition, but this statement, combined with what occurred, was concerning. Additionally, during a very short drive to retrieve the children's car seats, we personally witnessed the driver drive directly into oncoming traffic, creating a near-collision where another vehicle almost struck the van. This was alarming and raised serious concerns about safety. After the incident, the company posted photos of our family on Facebook along with additional claims about what occurred. The posts included photos of crumbs left behind from children's car seats, which were presented as an issue. Considering the passengers included toddlers and the transportation service was never completed, we found these posts to be unnecessary and unprofessional, especially involving a grieving family. We paid for this service in advance and have not received a refund despite not receiving the transportation we paid for. We understand businesses have rules and expectations, and our family was willing to follow them. The issue was not the rules themselves, but the lack of professionalism, compassion, and appropriate communication during a funeral. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this service. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Our driver, Lainey, was extremely unprofessional and rude from the moment she picked up our group of eight at JFK. She arrived frazzled and parked a full lane away from the curb, then told us we were not allowed to touch our own luggage due to "DOT regulations." After arriving home--an hour and a half later--we discovered she never loaded two of our bags into the van. When we tried to address it, she became combative, offered no help whatsoever, and simply drove off. Thankfully, when we contacted JFK, they found the luggage left in the road where she had been parked. My husband had to make a three-hour round-trip drive to retrieve everything as soon as we got home. We only asked for reimbursement of the basic expenses we were forced to pay out of pocket: $40 gas $60 parking $20 to the person who safeguarded the luggage A total of $120--not even counting tolls, time, or inconvenience. She refused to compromise and claimed she had turned all communication over to her lawyer. This entire experience was unacceptable from start to finish. DO NOT USE THEM. read more

Hands down this was worst experience I have ever had with a professional car service. Lanie was the driver, she was the most unprofessional (an understatement) and rude person from the second she arrived. Our trip started with the driver being almost 30 minutes late which put our flight in jeopardy. Also, driver decided to take her frustrations of being pulled over on the way to our pick up, out on us. From the second she arrived at the house she had an extremely poor attitude and made our guests very uncomfortable. There was a stop on the way to the airport to pick me up, she passed my house and demanded I walked down the street because she "couldn't turn around". This request was completely unrealistic with luggage so I explained where to easily turn around and walked down my long driveway to meet the limo at the foot since she refused to pull into even the very end of the driveway. As I approached the end of the driveway the driver angrily suggested I walk faster because where she was parked she said was inappropriate (again because she for no reason refused to pull into the end of the driveway). As the driver was rushing me to get to the car I opened the car door myself to speed the process, this was unacceptable to her and proceeded to yell and even curse at me. I bit my tongue and as we pulled away from the house the driver still continued to scold me for not walking fast enough and opening my own door, she even told other passengers inside the car to "shut up". She then missed another turn for the highway and well here we go again with the confrontational remarks. We had also brought bagels for breakfast which we weren't allowed to eat inside of the vehicle. The entire ride to the airport we were the victims of intermittent confrontational outbursts from the driver. To say the least were beyond uncomfortable and upset. The driver repeatedly told us she didn't care if she was going to loose future business. Had we had more time to get to the airport we 100% would have asked the driver to pull over on the side of the road to let us out and call an Uber to finish the trip. My rating for this company... I talked directly on the phone to Lainey at the end of August and she discussed that she would have the cheapest option for a limo on my wedding day (10/15/21), seeing as she would do a "flat rate of $600" for the day. She then asked if I would be doing an afterparty, and I explained that we would want to be dropped off to take a shot at the bar after our wedding (ended at 10) and that we would need to be driven back to our airbnb in Goshen after that. We told her it would not be past 11, and she again claimed that she was a better option than other limo services because she would not charge us extra for that (flat rate). Great! Next step was booking over the phone through the square space app. It came to $778 with tax and a built-in tip, which I didn't mind, because I always tip generously. Four days before my wedding, Lainey calls saying she wants to go over details, and explains that she needs to arrive to our Airbnb early to pick up my two bridesmaids and my mothers and I because she has an airport drop-off immediately after. I told her that I couldn't be picked up any earlier, because then I would be at the venue too early and because I would have to call my makeup, hair stylist, and photographer to rearrange plans. She told me there was nothing she could do to change it, and that she was short a driver. We then ended the call, much to my disappointment, and I immediately called to change all my plans to accommodate her. She then calls the next morning and tells me not to worry about it, that she "figured it out." Fast-forward to the wedding day, she still ended up coming early, and we were late getting ready, as many weddings are. We apologized, but I didn't think it was a problem considering I paid the flat rate. We got to the venue and she almost refused to go down the parking lot where I was supposed to meet my husband waiting for me for my first look pictures. After we, and the staff of the venue, explained that there was a perfect place for her to turn around, she continued down the road and claimed she bottomed out, which I did not hear, but I believe her. No problem! she sent a text during my wedding saying that she would send somebody down to come drive us to the top of the parking lot to get in the limo at the end of the night. A man we did not know showed up at 10 o'clock as our wedding was winding down, and told us we are going to the hotel down the road, which was never a part of our plan. We explain that we talked to Lainey about going to the bar to take a shot and then we are being driven back to our Airbnb in Goshen (our venue is 20 mins from the venue). He then tells us that's not part of the contract, and that they're going to have to charge us extra. Next, he went up to the top of the street to talk to Lainey, who refused to come get us and also told us it would be extra money. We were very surprised and frustrated. The driver we did not know overheard my husband's frustration, and claimed he felt threatened and called the cops. None of the witnesses to this, including the venue's staff felt this was necessary. However the cops did arrive and then left after deciding it was something that would need to be resolved in small claims court. Lainey and her husband (the extra driver) then proceeded to leave us at our venue at around 10:20/10:30. We were flabbergasted. Everyone was. So not only did we pay $778 for a 20 minute ride (+ the time she waited for us outside of our airbnb while we were finishing getting ready), but we had to be driven to our airbnb by one of the managers of our venue. It was a disappointing end to the night, to say the very least. After we arrive back from your honeymoon, I sent her a very concerned, yet professional text stating that we would like a partial refund. In in an effort to maintain full transparency, I will attach the texts between us that day. She is claiming that I am harassing her, will not give me my receipt, the contract that she says I signed but never did, or her lawyers information that I requested. She also maintains that I cannot come to her business to request this either, and that if I do she will call the cops on me for harassment. read more

I found Armani's Limo Service when looking for a car service from Goshen to HPN. Booking was easy and quick. On the morning of the ride the car arrived early, the ride was smooth and safe, and the car was so clean! A few days later I had a pickup from HPN back to Goshen. Again, driver was there early (despite my plane being late), and stayed in communication so I could get right out of the terminal and on the road. We had 2 cars 1 for bags the limo for us cause the driver said we had too many bags. She literally pulls up at the terminal hops out and starts yelling come on we gotta go start loading. I cant sit here real nasty. Mind you she just got there 1 second ago. Every other car been sitting there for 20 mins while we waited for her and they didn't get ticketed. Then my dad and sister start loading the other car while my mom sat with the other bags. But mind u we have 8 bags, 3 kids, a dog, a stroller, & my mom in a wheelchair so shes watching the kids and the luggage. The driver goes to us lets go we have to go now I cant sit here. Im going to get a ticket. Very nasty again and we were already walking over there because they finished the first car. She was only there for 1 minute. My mom tells her we are paying for your services you need to watch how you talk to people. Then she hops in and starts talking crap so we exchange words because nobody even said anything to her once we got in but she wanted to keep going. I guess she can't handle it but we have to take it from her. So she pulls over opens the door and goes you guys can get out and find another ride im calling the police. Very Unprofessional and rude for no reason. But I see she has other complaints and the company talks rude on the negative complaints they have on here. So for us never again & would not recommend. Our driver was very irritable and rude while dealing with my family. At the first part of our trip she extremely passive aggressive and then stated that she's been awake for 72 hours and further expressed that she expected we would have been ready to leave immediately. This itself is unacceptable, given that in order to operate a vehicle, alertness is essential. A lack of sleep compromises this and in turn puts us all in danger. While being overtired may be a reasonable reason to experience some mood swings it is NOT an excuse to lack professionalism. Her sleep has nothing to do with the job we hired her to do. We had some beverages that were told we could drink and when we asked to use the cups displayed she promptly said "NO" because she wanted to avoid the cleanup time after. I am confused as to what they are there for, if not to be used. She kept the window down and proceeded to talk to us the entire trip even when we expressed we are tired and wanted to sleep, commenting that she's found it necessary to ensure riders are "following the rules", which I honestly didn't know what she meant by. On our arrival back, she seemed more rested but the same attitude remained. We are traveling with a 3yr old who, like us, is very overtired and needed sleep. The window, again, remained down and her voice awoken my niece multiple times to which she did not respond well. After a extremely long day of traveling, we attempted to give the baby and the other 2 children we have with us a snack to ease their stomachs a little during the 2+ hour trip out of the city, during rush hour. I also have a condition that causes me to pass out and I needed a little something to attempt to stop a medical emergency. She proceeded to lecture us about how frustrating and disrespectful we were, nothing we'd signed a contract stipulating no eating, drinking or smoking; despite attempting to apologize for the mistake made in our tired and hungry status. We tried to explain and she stated how "it doesn't matter". We understand rules, but there's much to be said for tone and delivery of a message/reminder. Our travel experience was tainted by the demeanor of the driver (who's name she refused to give). I recently had them detail my boat on 5/19/20. I met them on-site the morning of, paid them ahead of time and went on my way. Upon completion I was texted two photos of my boat completed, looked great on the photo as the sun glistened. Later that day I went to the boat to cover it up and the completed job was less than satisfactory. I reached out to the owner showing pictures of my dissatisfaction only to be returned with an angry voicemail, a defensive text message and an offer for my money back. Fast forward to today (5/30/20) I received back $55 (less than what I paid) and a letter justifying her actions and workmanship. To be honest I forgot about the job they did, the money they offered to be returned but I will never forget how unprofessional all this was handled. ** In response to the owners comment: My boat was on a trailer it could of easily been transported to another location for a proper clean. She arrived on site at 9:05am (not 8:30am as she claimed) and during our walk through I pointed out areas of concerns like cob webs on my tow bar that were still there when I came back to inspect the boat. Debris fly around but not in closed compartments, those were left dirty. I received a text at 10:57am that they were done, my boat is a 26ft pontoon I was a little concerned they finished it so timely but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I did call and then followed up with a text (to attach photos) and I did not ignore her call, she called from a blocked number during my kids bedtime so I didn't answer and before I could call back I received her voicemail followed by a text. My response was "Thank you for the quick and meticulous job" based off the photos they sent which again appeared differently upon my on site inspection. If I could give this company zero stars, I would! Where to begin...our driver (Laney) made us wait outside the airport in the freezing cold with two small children. She also wouldn't let us in the car UNTIL she loaded all of the suitcases. A proper driver would have let us and the kids in first, and then proceeded to load the trunk. We requested a booster seat for one of the kids, which they DID NOT provide. The had a five point harness car seat, which was not even buckled into the car! My sister said she didn't feel comfortable with her daughter in that, but Laney kept repeating it "was against company policy" otherwise. We all were also exhausted from our travels, and Laney kept forcing unwanted conversation, and kept calling the kids "girlfriend." We also asked ahead of time for the car to be extra clean inside due to allergies and other concerns. She then BLAMED us for not giving them enough notice to do so, which is not true, and had an attitude afterwards. We didn't know she was the business owner at the time, we just wanted to speak to a supervisor about how uncomfortable we were, and how unprofessional she was. I guess all I can do is post this review and hopefully warn others to stay away from this company. read more

Detailed, ceramic coated, and the way they took the yellowing off of the headlights - incredible. They were even able to coordinate dent repair and touch up paint! i would not recommend this car service at all to anyone based on our experience. the woman driver we had for our limo service (which i found out is the owner) was terrible. her personality was disgusting, she was cursing under her breath, very irrational and irritable. she treated us as criminals not sure because of us being minorities. we went over our 3 hours rental time by 10 minutes and she charged us for overtime and this was all due to her taking a longer route back to our drop off. she almost seemed to high on something she was absolutely out of her mind. it was horrible to deal with a person like that during our family ordel. we were already dealing with a big catastrophe in our lives that day and we were hoping to get natural/sympathetic services from her but that wasn't the case. please look somewhere else!! read more

I worked with Laney who was very responsive and had Scott as the driver who did a great job and was willing to take a picture of us before we got out. Even after a little incident, you could tell Laney believed in her service and offered a full refund if I had wanted to cancel, but I'm so thankful I did not. I wish I could give no stars. The women who drove us was so incredible rude, from the start scolding us for nicely opening her trunk. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not only did we pre-plan and discuss a drop off for part of our party halfway through our drive, but after she agreed and confirmed, she didn't stop or go that direction. Then when we had to come up with a new plan on the fly, she yelled and hugged and puffed. She would not stop bringing it up and being disrespectful till we exited the car. The car and her smelled of smoke. She didn't appreciate the beauty of silence or privacy of her guests conversations (thank goodness for Uber's new ability to have quiet rides).
