I relief on my worker to take my to an important weekly appointment at Cooley Dickinson's cancer center. She showed up four times and then I was left hanging. Then the agency sent out two new people. I specifically told them not to schedule anyone for my appointment day as, I cannot take the chance of missing this appointment. They ignored me and scheduled someone anyway. Then, they told me my schedule would be changing every week at which point I told them forget it. I don't want your agency anymore. Poor management. I had no problem with the workers... Just the management. Don't do business with them you will go crazy trying to schedule your own doctor appointments not knowing when your aide is due to show up.

I reiterate I was not there for actual lab work. This is ridiculous. I was only dropping off my collected specimens. I came back at 1 PM the same day. Sadly (my fault) they were on lunch break from 12:15 until 1:30. Wow. Middle of the day at a major lab and they shutdown for an hour and fifteen minutes? But whatever. To continue, FINALLY, at 2 PM she came out to get my sample even though I was the literally only person in the waiting room and supposedly they came back a half hour earlier. Never again. I will change doctors if I have to instead of being forced to use this facility again. Don't even get me started on the lack of friendliness with the receptionists.
