My name is Steve Rossomando, i called adams cooling on April 15th 2019 for an ac problem , they…read moreresponded and proceeded to pull my ac evaporater coil, and replaced it and then it was leaking out 3 weeks later, Jonathan Krotav who replaced it stated to me he couldnt replace it again because he did not get paid from the manufacturer of the first coil which was nordyne a subsidary of fridgidaire, i then contacted another ac co. by the name of Teague ac systems spoke to the owner Steve, he diagnosed it as a leaking condenser coil not a leaking evaporater coil, also nordyne pressure tested the evaporater coil that jonathan from adams pulled out , ans stated there was nothing wrong with it , so jonathan from adams inc either misdiagnosed the problem or was using faulty equpment to diagnose ac problems either way Jonathan Krotav never reached out to me to correct the problem i had it repaired by Teague ac systems, i dont recommend to use adams inc for ac repair please stay away you wil be disspointed and will be throwing your money away, they are a disgrace to there profession.

Matt the manager told tech to to get 2 filters. Tech came back with wrong filter. Matt said he would contact me with a time and day to replace filter. I feel they were NOT transparent in letting me know they were in the process of selling and merging w a large company. I should've been given that info to make a more informed decision as who I would go with for a new AC. Up until the hurricane happened, I was satisfied with all of your work. After I got power in my house, I discovered that a mini split was not blowing the cold air where my 83-year-old mother was staying. The room was very muggy and hot. Some type of object ran into the unit and damaged the coil in the outside unit, so all freon licked out from the outside unit. I called your company and I got Dorothy. She set up a technician to come out. A technician came to my house the next day and told me I needed some type of coil and there was no ETA that could be obtained by your company. After a while, your phones started working in your office but there was no Internet yet, I was told by Whitney. So, almost 3 weeks after the hurricane, we still did not have air in that part of the house. I called your company again and Whitney told me it's a discontinued item and she has no idea when it can be found or found at all at this point. Then I asked for a new outside unit to buy, but I never got a definite answer from Whitney on the new unit to install. She was talking very fast and nervously constantly, interpreting my every word, and telling me the phones were ringing off the hook and she is very busy, and I had a hard time understanding what she was talking about. I just asked her to speak a little slower so I could understand her with a little joke (I can not think that fast, LOL ) I think Whitney did not take my remark that well. She hangs up the phone. It left me in the dark. Next day, I called another air conditioning company, and the technician came the same day. Within one hour of work, he welded the pipe that had a leak, it was ugly but it was fixed. I was so upset that the company I used for all my 3 houses' services and repairs, in addition to all the referrals to my friends. The next day, I called your office and Whitney answered the phone. I just asked her why your technician could not weld the pipe 2 weeks ago as the other technician did. She told me that your company does not do repairs, only change parts for safety reasons. I was not rude or upsetting her of any kind, but for some reason, she was not nice at all and told me she could not help me at this point and hung up the phone. ( The reason for my last call was that I was going to ask if you guys could get me a new outside unit). A few days later Dorothy called me to tell me that I should take my business somewhere else. Matt, I don't have to work with your company. There are many others, but you should know what happens when we all really depend on your service at the time when we need you the most.
