This location was pretty busy for 9am on a Saturday. Or are banks always that busy on Saturdays? I guess I don't normally come too often to know. After my transaction, I needed to see a personal banker and was pushing my luck to see if I can see one right after my teller transaction. He was actually very nice and was able to get me an appointment in the next 15 minutes! That's what you call legendary service.

How on earth is not a single person trained here? They can't answer any questions for some reason. They will tell you that you can schedule appointments but then they lie and throw your appointment away. They talk with an attitude and are probably the least helpful people I've ever met. I'm really glad everyone that works here is a slave to this corporation and either realizes that they're making trash money and have to deal with it or have convinced themselves that their hourly pay/salary is actually good. I'll keep getting the last laugh. Get rekt.

Truly save yourself the time and money and don't bother with them. The verification process took forever, I have reached arbitrary transaction limits for basically small expenses, and calling in for support with the app they were not able to look up my account in the system. Either meaning they set up my account with typos in my first, last or SSN or didn't list both owners of my business as owners... I'm sure closing my accounts will also be an arduous process as well.

After a lot of back-and-forth, she stopped responding to my messages entirely even though I had already submitted my application. For a long-time member, this lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. If this is how they treat loyal customers, I'd strongly reconsider using this credit union for future financial needs.

I don't know if my ex has a friend working there that is giving me a bad rap but i had an emergency loan request denied despite having a 100% on time payment history and a 663 credit score. I intend to be at the next board meeting and voice my displeasure. Multiple promises to call me back, then told messages were left and they were not. I was so proud of my association with GLCU and even participated in their fun runs across the street to promote their community involvement. BUT WHAT ABOUT THE LONG TIME CUSTOMER??? So sad to see such callous and impersonal rejection when a need arises. Credit Union should be replaced with Private Social Club.
