Who can compete with that? NOT us. If you want to feel completely out of your league - try buying a house in LA. Jenny and Dale were very patient with our inexperience. I remember before we bid on that house, Dale positioned our expectations accordingly. "They're listing it low to spark a bidding war. This house could jump substantially." We told him our price cap and that we were unwilling to chase the price - Dale never pressured or urged us to go further than we were comfortable and he seemed content to let the process take as long as it needed to. This helped A LOT. I can't imagine having to go through this process with an agent tapping his foot and checking his watch.
