They're still following Covid protocols so, all employees are wearing a mask. There are no menu's, you have to use your phone to scan the QR code. There is also no ice cream machine at this time because of Covid. Decent food and service, especially in this area. There's a limited number of sit down restaurants to begin with in the Channelview area. Every time I come here it's never busy. Stop by and give it a shot.

Great food and variety. Everything came out fresh and tasty. The prices are reasonable and a very attentive staff. The bathroom was super clean. It's right off the interstate between hey 90 and I H 10.

The best Mexican food and great service! Whenever I am in the Houston area, I will go out of my way to have dinner here.

Sweet tea was the perfect accompaniment to some of the best Tex mex I've had in Houston.

Once drinks finally came out, my husband had to wait a few more for his beer. The decoration was nice, the women's dresses and head bands were beautiful. Once we ordered, the food came to our table one late at a time, with a few minutes in between. Again we had to ask husband's plate because it still hadn't arrived. My son ordered a large sweet tea. At one point, when he placed the glass back on the table it broke from a corner and leaked all over him. We quickly did our best to clean up. The bus boy asked if we were the ones who broke it. (As if it were intentional) another asked if my son had extra clothes in the car... his shirt and pants were soaked. No consolation or solution. We asked for another drink. At the end they charged us for two drinks, even the one that broke and leaked all over him. They could have at least offered to send him home with tea to go. When I asked the waitress about the extra drink, she looked at me and didn't say anything. This time around the food was not as amazing as I first recalled. Not going back

Instead, the food is sold just around the corner at Birrieria & Micheladas and it was absolutely worth it. The lamb barbacoa was very delicious, tasty, and perfectly moist. The goat birria tacos were also amazing and their fresh drinks are huge. After eating, we went back to the farm for a tour, which made the whole experience even better. Visiting both locations was totally worth it and made for a great, unique outing.

I love adding cheese to my tacos for .75c each. I didn't like the pricing for the cheese but I had to do it. All outside seatings. Their aqua frescas come in a bottle with no ice but still tasted decent. They will give you green/red sauce for your tacos. Red sauce was decently spicy and I loved it. I also got their trompo meat taco, I didn't like it too much. But overall, their food did taste good! I'll be coming back here if I'm in the area!

They are good but $2.25+ per mini taco is crazy. I don't believe it's worth it even though they have good taste to them. I ordered their Gordita's today and the tripa has such a good taste to it. I ordered them extra crispy and am pleased with the taste. They charged .50 more even though the menu says 2/$9.00 for Gorditas and they come plain, no onions or cilantro comes with it. This is what I hate about Hispanic places, never consistent in prices. The service was quick and friendly. Nice ambiance sitting outside with a good breeze and lots of seating available. Music playing. All in all I ended up paying $30 for 2 orders of 3 mini tacos (6 mini corn tacos) and an order of 2 Gorditas, a medium soft drink and a large limeade. I recommend it for taste and ambiance but there are plenty of choices out there, especially on Sheldon Rd.

The waitress was nice and attentive to us. Ambiance-4/5: This place has an add on to the original building but it's very packed in seating. We come in and you see a buffet style area on your right but it's not a buffet, it just shows all the dishes "guisados" they have and I was amazed to see so much variety and the tortillas de arina look so good!!! We were given a number device that will beep and we were told to go to car to wait because we ca see not enough space to stand and wait, so we were ok with that. The guy said 5min, my husbands says "we been in car for 20min, I see people being seated!" So we come in and I look at list and they had added 10 people I front of us and eve marked ours as we were seated so that definitely upset me. I told him the device didn't even beep so he apologized and sat us down and we were ok mistakes happen. We sat down and started to place an order but lady wasn't even paying attention and my husband asked me did you say what you wanted? I front of her and I said yes, I looked at her again and she was looking else where and repeated my order... not a good start... I ordered cafe de la holla and I was so excited because I know what cafe de la holla is and blahhhhhhh nope NOT IT!! I added 2 bags sugar and honestly not even coffee taste!! Disappointing, I can't even imagine my food.. not happy right at this moment! Ok the breakfast plate which was eggs, beans, potatoes with small chorizo pieces, needed salt which I am ok with adding salt when it should be seasoned. The beans and eggs were ok, on the other hand the pancakes were so fluffy and perfectly tasty!! My husbands menudo was too thick, some pieces of menudo were burnt which meant it was reheated. Not bad but not good, it was ok I know authentic Mexican food and this wasn't it! People are used to it if they don't cook Mexican food, they are ok with eating anywhere and calling it Mexican food but let's not get it wrong!! Flavor, sazón!! Savory and cooking with love is in a Mexican kitchen!! And this place is ok to eat but don't expect the sazón!!! Ambience is chill vibe, don't feel like we are coming back.

Dining Area 3/5: They did a good job making it feel like a Mexican restaurant but the dining area feels underwhelming. I usually order to go. Customer Service 5/5: The staff is bilingual so English speakers shouldn't be afraid to visit this location based on stereotypes. Food 5/5: The fajita taco was excellent. I've been coming here for years and it never disappoints. The salsa is spicy don't let them fool you. Start with a little and proceed according to your comfort. The drinks I would stay away from because they are oftentimes watered down or the flavor is lacking. Price 3/5: They only accept cash! $3 for a single taco or drink is a bit pricey considering the hundreds of other locations selling the same quality tacos for less. The person who answered explained the breakfast menu to me. Was patient and nice. Gave me the price for 4 (potatoes and egg), 4 (chorizo and eggs), and 1 (nopal and egg) was $28.85 (cash only). Each taco came with beans and avocado in them. The person who answered is bilingual. Food: I picked up my food within 20 mins of ordering. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile. He doubled checked everything in my bag and offered me the different types of hot sauce they have. When I got home my food was nice and warm. The tacos were filled with eggs and potato/chorizo, beans, and avocado. They were very filling!! The tacos came with chips which is a nice touch! Overall the food was GREAT! The homemade hot sauce was good. The green sauce was my favorite. The service was amazing! I will definitely go back for breakfast tacos!! The person who checked me out also mentioned they do catering! So I will also like to try their lunch or dinner menu. I would recommend.
