Horrible. They towed my car from the parking lot where I have resided for 7 years because they could not find the current parking sticker that was issued two months before my car was towed. They did not tow any other cars which also did not have current parking stickers. Some of the cars did not even have a current registration sticker. they randomly came into the parking lot in the middle of the night and took my car and charged $150 to get in returned. Use them as a last and final resort; their customer service demeanor is rude, to say the least. They are also unreasonably expensive. They questioned my bad review on Square, refused to answer any questions, and has blocked my number. They are the least professional towing company I've never dealt with. Get your car into the grass on the interstate and thank me later. Look a bit further before you call. read more

On Friday 9/8/23 my husband was in involved in an accident. Someone had called Armentrout towing to the scene. We wanted to get the vechicle the same day but wasn't able to. So we got it Saturday and the bill was 1,570.I don't recommend anyone to him.The only reason I gave one star is because I had to. If it was up to me he would get a zero.I would recommend C&M over this place anyway because they brought the vehicle from Stuart's Draft to Staunton for 95.00 dollars what a deal C&M gets a 5 star. read more

Our car broke down at the I81 interstate. We were also towing a 31 foot camping trailer. They towed both items to the Chevrolet dealership. They used their own vehicle to deliver all five of us to this location. The next day they came back and towed the camper to a campground. They also once again brought their own vehicle to transport us all there and didn't charge us any more for this. The young men were hard working, friendly, and very accommodating. If they hadn't stepped up for this additional assistance we would have been in a difficult situation. We thank them for all they did to help us out. He is a rip off... My step dad was involved in an accident due to a medical emergency. He was called to the scene of the accident by authority (not our choice). We attempted to retrieve the vehicle the same day & was told no due to being after 5pm. The next day we went to get the vehicle & was charge $1,570 for not even 24 hours on his lot. Was told it was due to being 2 trucks brought to the scene which we discovered wasn't the case considering the vehicle was still drivable. He will pick & choose the price he wants for who he wants. Called to help my friend and was verbally assaulted by rude,unprofessional, and discourteous man who barely gave a straight answer as to location of towed vehicle. Never has anyone been so awful on the phone for no reason. God help you if they tow your vehicle on behalf of the State Police. Shameful and charged quadruple the rate every other towing company charged. DO NOT recommend! read more
