They had Dial antibacterial soap on the counter posing as hand sanitizer and when I asked if it was in fact hand sanitizer he responded by saying "yes, but don't use but a little as it goes a long way". It took me several minutes along with towelettes to wipe all of the lather from my hands. I asked if they used factory paints and he says no they don't make paint! He asked me a million questions about a non-insurance out of pocket repair and asked for my registration. This guy just left a bad impression on me from beginning to end. Don't recommend. My car which is a 2018 Tesla model X with about 150,000 miles on it Was looking a little dated and aged. I had not washed or waxed it or detailed the interior for quite some time.
