Our car was running rough, their scan showed 4 different codes related to ignition coil issues to misfires. the tech only changed (4) spark plugs, and applied "fuel & induction decarbinization" that wasn't discussed or really approved beforehand. THE CAR STILL RAN ROUGH! Spark plugs(Denso IRDM 5358) were -------------$29.99 x4 = $119.96 (Autozone price, $8.99) Remove&Replace spark plugs -----------------------------------------$187.20 Fuel Induction Decarbinization -----------------------------------------$74.99 (Autozone CRC Intake valve cleaner, $16.99) Fuel system service labor ------------------------------------------------$69.99 Total after small discount, $406.93 I inspected the igniton coil and spark plug wires myself with little effort and discovered corrosion on coil contacts and at spark plug wire ends. YOUR CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER SERVICE FOR THESE HIGH PRICES! My girlfriend took the car back to report the same problems and only got, "I'm sorry....." I installed new sparkplugs, sparkplug wires and new ingnition coil for around $165. it only took around ONE hour! I hate to think what the bill would've been for them to correct their blunder.
