We have had covid and hospitalizations and other emergencies come up. The sheds are very important to us because we have no other place to put our stuff. The company told us that if we waited til after the original due date they would be under repo. They also said that if we were to wait til the 16th like we asked we would have to pay the next month at that time as well. That defeats the purpose. This month is the hardest and we will be back on our feet after the 1st of the new year. This means now this company is causing us to have to lose all our things and while we are sick with covid have to be outside in the cold finding out where to put it all. DO NOT GET ANY SHEDS FROM THE SHED SHAK. THEY DO NOT WORK WITH PEOPLE.

We are not familiar with their design process and they use an iPad so when they stayed, there was enough room I just took their word for it. However, Jennifer, the owner has been truly amazing and ensuring that we love our designs. Jennifer came up with a new design for us that we absolutely love, and it is exactly what we had originally wanted as far as spacing goes, and she went above and beyond as well to add additional pieces at no cost to us. I truly cannot speak enough good things about Jennifer between her communication, sending us updates and even coming on site to make sure we were happy with everything. She was a phenomenal. We hired her to do all our closets in our additional closet space I would hire her again. Recommend her to all my family and friends. I also had a credit on my account. I closed out my storage 4 days before the end of the month. I asked about a refund of prepaid money. They said they don't refund any prepaid money. I received a Move Out receipt showing they kept my credit plus a full months rental fee. Beware of Discount Storage business practices.
