I found ARMNS after multiple tries with other larger/national companies. The call was answered almost immediately and so friendly (I cannot remember the employees name, but I would absolutely give her credit if I could). I was not sure exactly what service I was needing or what is the usual services offered for my pest concerns. Not only did she allow me to express my pest concerns, she then explained exactly what service they would suggest and what it includes. That's not the best part.... She then provided price quotes based on our house size and a couple of options to add on. Scheduling was easy and we were able to get them out for the service within a couple days. Our technician was Bridget! I had a couple of questions regarding safety with the preventative spray and our family. She was patient and informative. The service itself was incredibly quick and easy. I received a response a few days after my initial inquiry and was told someone else would reach back out. They never did. I went with Orkin, which was expensive, but the quality of the service itself coupled with the amazing customer service I received made the bill worth it. My response to business owner: You are incorrect. I did not receive a response back after the initial Yelp response. My complaint was not regarding the timing of that initial response; it was the followup that I did not receive. A message was not left. I did not have a missed call. I did not receive a text. I did not receive an email. I did not receive a message via carrier pigeon. No one came to my home and dropped a magnet or anything else off. I'm not sure why a business would waste their time on someone that they have not been in contact with after the initial call, to just show up, but to each their own. At the end of the day, as a consumer, I am not going to chase a business to accept my money, so I took my business elsewhere. Emailed about a bald face hornet nest in my lilac bush. Sabrina replied within a half hour. She answered all my questions regarding concerns. After reviewing a video of her team doing their service on a nest, I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Brad and assistant were here when said they'd be here. They did an inspection on the situation, then did their thing. It's great they use a dust to exterminate, and not spray. I have feral cats i was concerned about. This service was the best option. They will be returning to remove the nest in 48 hours. Great service all around. Very happy I went with them. And the fee for their service was much better than a couple other places I contacted. The other places wanted to up sell other services. While Armns has them, they don't push it. They'll do what you ask. When I went out to water my flower beds this morning, I didn't realize there was a sizable nest of yellow jackets under one of my shrubs. I was attacked and stung several times and had to go to immediate care because I had a bad allergic reaction to the stings! We have used ARMNS twice now and I do believe we will continue with their seasonal treatments! Last fall we had them come out for a mice issue in our basement and this spring we had them out for the spring treatment for wasps and crawling insects. We also hired them to take down the old wasp nests that are just too high for us to reach ourselves. The mice issue has been resolved but it's too early to tell about the wasps but I have hope! Sabrina has been wonderful to connect with and their pricing is fair. Jason has come out both times and has been great. Friendly, knowledgeable and gets the work done. This company is the best I had a stink bug infestation four years ago in the winter and called ARMNS. I believe I spoke with the owner on the phone and explained the problem. He was completely honest and told me the bugs were already in the house and would leave by spring and not to spend the money on any treatments. Because of the honesty I used them the next Fall season. ARMNS came out as scheduled completed the work and took care of the stink bug infestation along with a few house spiders that my wife is deathly afraid of. Amazing customer service. Sabrina is so nice and quite honestly, compassionate. We had a big problem with wasps at our new house. The previous owners didn't do anything to keep the bees away from the house. I couldn't go outside without either getting attacked by wasps or stung by them. We called Sabrina and had her schedule us for a full house application for wasps/bees etc. Man oh man!! It has been amazing!!!! I can finally go outside without being fearful of getting stung. We had a pretty severe infestation of yellow jackets....inside our house! We couldn't figure out how they were getting in, and there were at least 20-50 we were killing every day. I called ARMNS and talked to Al, the owner. He knew immediately what the problem was and instructed me to go outside and try to find the source where they were coming in. He come out the next morning (a Sunday) and treated the nest with an injectable powder. It was pretty amazing.....there were literally hundreds, if not thousands of wasps, that came swarming out. He told me to call if we still had any after 48 hours. Unfortunately, we did...just a few....but he came back out right away and did another treatment without charging us. 24 hours later, it seems the problem has been resolved. I had what was supposed to be a termite inspection that was anything but! There were 2 guys that were here a total of 4 min. Yes 4 min to do an entire termite inspection. It was obvious that the only reason they showed up and went into the house, was to collect their $125.00 at closing. First of all no one can do anything as far a an inspection of any kind in 4 min. The reason I know it was only 4 min is I sat across the street and observed them. I was skeptical of this in the first place, and unfortunately my fears came true. I don't know why they even bothered to go inside, unless the were casing the joint! Also I watched them, and neither man even walked around the house! The only reason they got 1 star, was so I could post this review. Personally they get a quarter of a star, for getting there at 12:15 pm for a 12:00 noon appointment . Beware I don't recommend them for anything, and plan to cal the BBB. read more
