I was not sure exactly what service I was needing or what is the usual services offered for my pest concerns. Not only did she allow me to express my pest concerns, she then explained exactly what service they would suggest and what it includes. That's not the best part.... She then provided price quotes based on our house size and a couple of options to add on. Scheduling was easy and we were able to get them out for the service within a couple days. Our technician was Bridget! I had a couple of questions regarding safety with the preventative spray and our family. She was patient and informative. The service itself was incredibly quick and easy. In the following week, I have already seen a huge difference especially with flying insects around the house. This will help our family be able to have a safe, less buggy summer! Thanks!!

Title: Overpriced, incomplete work, and no accountability…read more Horrible service. Hired them to handle a mice issue at a youth center. They charged $1,000 to "set traps and clean the space." The "cleaning" was just basic vacuuming--nothing more. We have a vacuum. After they left, we found several areas they clearly missed. When I called to report the missed spots, they said they'd come back--but warned they'd charge extra if the areas were ones they "already cleaned." They had already billed an additional $700 for cleaning, yet never returned to fix their own missed work. Total ripoff. I also used them at my home and have now canceled that service too. Based on this experience: minimal effort, premium pricing, and zero accountability. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Great service! Blake came out to help with our mice problem. We started with some traps to see if…read morethat would resolve the issue. Sadly, it did not. We had to do more. We called Blake out again to which he set more traps, identified entry points around the outside of the house, and sealed everything up. He was kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. He showed us what he was doing and why. I personally love when I learn the "why". After sealing up the house, he came back 2 weeks later to check on the traps and see how things were going. Their service comes with a solid warranty and any new critters we encounter, just give them a call and they'll come out to check, diagnose, and fix. It's not the cheapest to get your house sealed up, but worth it with the extra home visits and warranty. Highly recommend!

Salesman just came to my door at 8:11pm on a Thursday night trying to sell me pest control…read more Although I appreciate the salesman's hustle, it is not ok to go to people's homes when it is late, dark, and their kids were just put to bed on a school night. From reading other reviews, this seems to be normal practice for this company. Their office hours close at 6pm, but they think it's ok to bother people at their homes after 8pm. It's unfortunate, but for this reason alone, I would not ever use them. They don't respect boundaries right off the bat. No good.

Also, no mention of a contract and was never presented with a contract to review. The door to door salesman was real smooth and conveniently left out this information. So now I either pay way more than I had ever planned or get slapped with a significant early termination fee.
