The store is very clean, bright, spacious and easy to move around to locate products. They have a great variety of foods, treats and supplies. If I am looking for a new flavour of a brand my pup enjoys, Global never disappoints, they have it or it is coming soon! Everything is always fully stocked and if it's not there, they are always happy to help and let you know if they can order in the item or not. We have purchased, dog food, treats, training supplies, harnesses and toys for our furbaby from this store. I have a location close to me as well, but there are times, where I am travelling past the Markham store (also a great store!) just to get to the Unionville store. Returns are easy and their Loyalty program is great too! Purchase the required quantity to receive your next bag free. This will vary by the required number of food or litter purchases and by brand. Plus you can also collect Air Miles on your purchases.

So we just found a location that closed to us. So we arrived around 1:15pm, that was not a long lineup, and the photo taken place was decorated and themed festively. The staff was really nice and helpful. Due to 3 cats too much work, we didn't bring them here. We completed the photo shoot and got some treats for our cats. There was a $5 coupon valid only this weekend. I didn't read it in store, I figured out after home, so I have to go to the store again the next day. At least, I got them some extra treats. And some specific brands earn 10x points. Thank you PetSmart for this thoughtful idea that we could take pictures with our little friends and get some discounts.

Everyone at the store was so helpful, patient and eager to help us get what we needed and to answer any questions we had. We now have a new furbaby and after almost 5 years, this store has not changed. Same great level care for questions, concerns and suggestions for food, treats, toys etc. They have a huge variety of pet food, treats, beds, food bowls, grooming supplies, leashes, collars, harnesses, the list goes on! I asked to see his list and prove to me that the voucher was used but he refused. I then offered to call the company where I got the voucher to confirm its validity, but then the owner rudely told me to leave and proceeded to push me out of the store. If this voucher was already used, then he should have agreed to show me proof (I knew it was unused because I bought the voucher from a group buy site). I believe he realized he would be losing money from a sale with this voucher, so did not want to accept it. If this voucher was already used, then a professional, courteous business owner should have explained this calmly and offered suggestions like to contact the voucher company (which I offered to do), or perform the sale and then give a store credit when the voucher issue was cleared at a later date. The owner of Pets' Go was rude, physical pushed me out the store, not trustworthy and certainly should go out of business.

He is a pet training couch of 20+ years and is very knowledgeable in his field. At CaptainK9, they offer a variety of raw goods for your pet such as snacks and meals. I signed my husky up for a 5 days boarding with CaptainK9 and the care Kevin put in for my dog made me feel at ease to know that my dog is in the hands of a trained professional with keen eyes, and a big field for him to roam around and have play time interactions with other dogs. Kevin even sent me a video clip of my dog interacting with other boarding dogs. I could have signed my dog up at a big brand pet hotel where he would have been walked daily in the parking lot, and had interacting play time indoors with other dogs, but I'm glad I made the choice of going with CaptainK9, so my dog gets to have playtime outside and enjoy the great outdoors with trusted supervision. I mentioned to Kevin that I've been wanting to switch my husky over to raw food, so he provided raw food to my dog during his boarding period and I am happy to know that he wolfed it all down very quickly. Needless to say, I picked him up today with bags of raw goods for my husky to enjoy at home. Couple key points I'd like to mention: 1. It's my first time EVER doing dog boarding and Kevin made sure he was present for my dog's drop off and pick up time to go through the details with me so I feel at ease. 2. From Kevin's description during my dog's stay, I know he gave great attention to my dog and it's nice to know I can leave my dog in trusted hands. 3.
