I go in to buy a simple thing would take a few min to check me out but instead I stand at the cash register for awhile and the sales men is doing nothing but bull shitting with people that are not there to buying something, they are talking about other business. This is not the first time that it has happened. There is always someone in their store standing there in your way and just bull shitting. I have bought 4 guns from the store you would think they would say hi or welcome when you walk in but no they act like your not even in the store. I would rather go somewhere else then spend my money there again. Anyway there are other places that blow their prices away and better customer service. I buy from Arms & Ammo because I want to support local businesses, not chain stores, and A&A has been nothing but awesome when it comes to my gun and ammo purchases. Jeff, Kirk and co. have gone above and beyond to help me find certain guns that are hard to find but at a price that is right. They remember me and chat me up about what I've been up to and how I've been whenever I come in. Jeff is always looking for rare and unique firearms to bring in and the stock is always changing. I'm not sure if the other folks here are just bitter that their card got declined and they had a hold up in a government run process, but those experiences do not sound like what I have seen while in Arms and Ammo. I've bought several firearms over the years from Arms and Ammo. The last visit there I was buying a Thompson.45, my dream gun I filled out the paperwork as required. Curt ran my card, declined. Ran it again, declined. It was the week before Christmas, I asked if I could put $200 down and pick it up after the holiday. Curt told me no. I've bought numerous firearms here on layaway. Now this jackass is telling me no. I left my dream gun and went home and called my bank card. They told me the transaction was flagged because it was for a gun purchase. I told them it was me that had used the card and it was a legitimate purchase. They apologized and said I could go ahead and make my purchase. This place is staffed with the most educated, patient and fun group of fellas that you could imagine. From the first timers to the regulars, they treat everyone the same and that is with good old personal attention.
