What a fantastic experience with these guys today. I took my car into the dealer for its annual service and was quoted $3,500! It was absolutely insane. Needless to say, I left and found Armstrong instead. Called up Angel and he let me know it wasn't going to be anything like that with them. I just picked my car up and it cost me $800. Yes, I went from Mercedes asking for $3,500 to getting this done with Armstrong for 77% less money. If you have an issue or service coming up, this would be one of the first places I'd look at. read more

Scammers!!! Don't go here! I went to get a tire alignment and told me my air filters and brake oil needed replacement but I already had full service at the porche dealership. I went ahead with the air filters and went back to the porche dealership to complaint. Spoke with the main mechanic who showed me very clearly that the break oil was spotless and these scammers had taken my brand new filters and put cheap ones that cost 7 dollars on Amazon. So basically they charged me over 150 dollars to steal my brand new filters. Disgusting! read more

The manager was very rude from the get go, and made me give him my address very forcefully. I had an oil change and when inspecting my car two of the rims were damaged which I brought to his attention. long story short he asked me never to come back even though I didn't press for any outcome. I never write reviews but after my bad service experience I had at Tire Street Garage I needed to write one. I read the good reviews of Tire Street Garage and I decided to take my car in. I needed to get my back brakes looked at. After I left my vehicle for an hour at the shop I received a phone call from one of the associates letting me know that they couldn't find the wheel lock. They told me that they look all over for it. They ask if I knew where it was. I didn't know. I picked up my car from them and I found the wheel lock in my truck where my spare tire was. After finding the wheel lock I was very annoyed that I decided to speak to the manager. I mention to him that his employee said that they couldn't find the wheel lock for the tire and they couldn't do the work. They said they looked all over for it. The manager said that they can't look in the trunk because it invaded privacy. I was a shocked because I gave them my key to have access to my car. I told the manager that I felt that his employee didn't take the time to really look at my car and felt that they discriminated the mode of my car. Yes, I don't have a fancy car but I just wanted to get it looked out and get a quote. The manager said that wasn't the case they just couldn't look in the trunk. The manager got into an argument with me about how I felt. The way he handled the situation was so appalling to me. I mention to him that I was going to write a review about his shop and he said go ahead. He said, I'll still be in business. 10 minutes after the manager called me to say he didn't want me to feel that they discriminated my car. He ask me to come back to the shop. I said to him I didn't want to go back after my experience with him and his shop. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else. I really thought this place was going to help me after reading the good reviews. But that wasn't the case. I don't recommend this car shop. Brought my 2013 Jaguar XJ in with a failing transfer case. A pretty large job, but was diagnosed and handled/completed quickly. I do not live in FL and Streets Garage also assisted with the 'hand off' of returning the car to where it resides in Aventura. Although, I previously left an excellent review for this shop as being knowledgeable, clean, professional, with competitive prices, I want to retract at least one part of it about competitively priced. They are NOT. Although they claim to be competitive and just a fraction of pricing of Mercedes Dealership, it turned out to be a complete lie. In fact this shop quoted me MORE money for replacing engine and transmission mounts and charged me literally double for replacing windshield wipers in comparison to what the MB dealer would charge for my MB. Are you serious? They assured me that they guarantee it. I liked what I heard and decided to give my business to a "small" guy. I have no problem with a service, but for the same money, one should go to a dealership, why even bother with an independent shop, which is ripping you off. I always like to support an independent, small guy, I'm one myself, but you can't survive if you are dishonest with your pricing to customers. Very unfortunate. Carlos, who claims to be a manager, although has an appearance of a listening sympathetic guy, in fact is very abrasive, constantly interrupts and cuts you off. Since dealership labor costs are usually more expensive I decided to look into local auto shops to service my car and came across this place and decided to give them a try since the reviews were good. My initial customer service experience was good as I needed my front brakes replaced. They took my car in a timely manner and gave me a fair quote, plus they use dealership parts which I was a fan of. The work took a bit longer than originally stated but that was not a problem for me as they were pretty busy. I paid for my service then left with my vehicle and within 10 miles I noticed an abnormal high pitched sound every time I'd break. Knowing sometimes brakes need to be broken in I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the next week or so, this is where everything went downhill. I commute for work and it's about 30-40 miles total everyday, they told me on the day of my service it can take 100-150 miles to break the brakes in which is 3-4 days worth of driving for me. That following weekend I stopped by their shop and voiced my concern about the sounds coming from the brakes and they told me I hadn't drove my car enough and that it would go away, not once did they offer to take a look at the brakes to inspect everything was working correctly. Forgot to mention when they fixed my brakes a few of my lug nuts had been damaged in the repair which was an eyesore to me. They recommended some replacement lug nuts on Amazon and I ordered them for them to replace once they arrived. Another week goes by and the replacement lugs arrive and the brakes are still squeaking even worse now. I call in to make an appointment and someone named Michael picked up and acted like the best customer service person. He apologized and told me to stop by that Saturday to look at the brakes and replace the lugs. So I stop by a 3rd time and the master technician again claimed I hadn't drove enough which is why the brakes were still squeaking. I hand over the replacement lugs and the tech tells me they aren't the right size and that he couldn't put them on (keep in mind they specifically told me these were the right ones for my vehicle). At this point my frustration was setting in but I still kept my cool as they had really good reviews so my thought was they are likely right about the brakes. Another two weeks go by and the brakes are still squeaking. My girlfriend had time to bring in my car that day so she did and they again elected not to take an actual look at the brakes and sent her out the door saying the same thing as before. She calls me letting me know they did this and now I'm furious as this was the 4th time my car had been there and still no solution. I call Michael and his whole nice service guy demeanor went out the window, he was calling my claims that the brakes were faulty "ludicrous" and going back and forth with me. I told him we will be bringing the vehicle back and it won't leave until it's fixed, he agreed. My girlfriend brings the car back and they put the car up on the rack, come to find out the front left brake had a manufacturers defect which was the reason for the squeaking sounds. They proceeded to replace the brakes promptly as the ones I purchased came with a warranty. The whole situation was drawn out much longer than needed and caused a big inconvenience for me. The unprofessionalism of Michael should be documented and taken into consideration for any future customers if god forbid a repair doesn't go as smoothly as advertised. To add the icing on the cake remember those lug nuts I ordered, I ordered another set that was the right size and they told me to come by whenever and they could swap them out in 10 minutes no problem. Well the right sized replacements came in a few days ago and this morning I stopped by to have them put on. The guy at the front named Kevin proceeded to tell me to come back a different day as they were too busy to squeeze in a 10 minute job yet the lobby was empty. Others may of had a great experience but I definitely did not. Fast food service is a great way to put it, I won't be back! read more
