Not only did Reggie and Austin do a great job of removing it, they went above and beyond and figured out that the mold (to our surprise) was coming from a small leak in our roof. Then they painstakingly worked to pinpoint the spot it was leaking from and sealed it up to prevent any more water from coming in. I want to emphasize that this last part was not part of the contract, they could have very easily let me know what the problem was and tell me I needed to hire someone to fix it, but instead they worked so hard to fix it at no extra cost. I also like that they did an air quality test a few days later to show that the mold spores had been eliminated. I can't emphasize how impressed I am with Parsons. I'd definitely hire them again if we have any other issues.

However, they NEVER rendered payment to the flooring company and I am still left with an unfinished home for me and my children. Not to say my home is unlivable, because it is. But this company took money from me without the completion of services. Two months ago he said he was going to pay the flooring company and get me scheduled for the middle of May...that never happened. The most recent message from the owner Friday the 24th of June, after over two months of silence was that he was going to pay the flooring company last week and has not done so. Well it's been two weeks today and still nothing. Neither myself or the flooring company has not been able to reach anyone at Eagle Environmental.

They tore off our old exterior stairs structure and siding, waterproofed the entire wall, and installed new siding and a stairs structure that is far superior to the old one. Their integrity and work quality are off the charts. The owner, Ahmad Khreshi, did thorough research before starting our well-planned project. I was impressed by his knowledge of current construction techniques and dedication to doing the job right. There were several problems that required Ahmad to think outside of the box, one being how to install siding under our existing power lines conduit which was mounted to the exterior wall at six different points. Several times, Ahmad's crew discovered water damage due to poor work by our developer. Ahmad was extremely flexible in adding repair of that damage into his work plan on top of the bid-upon work. Ahmad was kind and fair, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, kept us in the loop, worked with us on timing, and gave us a couple breaks. His crew was extremely professional and respectful, taking off their shoes when they had to come through the building and isolating interior work areas with plastic sheet dividers. When our project was completed, Ahmad send us the following. I've never worked with a contractor who followed up with an offer of help like this: "Remember, you can always reach out with any technical building related questions, in any trades. I'm more than happy to give advice and guidance on code matters or general best practices, even if you are hiring other people."
