Although the equipment was a little different than what I am accustomed to at my regular studio in Denver, Spela's instructions made me feel right at home. Perhaps it was all of the tasty cocktails I enjoyed the night before or the temperature in the Pilates room downstairs, but I was a sweaty Betty by the end of the 50-minute class.
