UNTIL - Greg Schaefer (the President) suggested I consider renter's insurance. I have lived in NYC for 14 years and did not know a thing about it. Though I don't have a ton of valuables, Greg told me that if anything happened to my apartment or my valuables, I would be covered. It cost so little that I went ahead and signed up. Not even 2 MONTHS LATER, some pipe upstairs broke and I came home to a ruined leather couch and brand new 70 inch Sony LCD TV. I was devastated!
