If I could give them a rating of zero I would. I have asked on two occasions to speak with Mathew Roth and I am told he has retired, yet still owns the agency. So, either they either won't pass on a message to Matthew, or he just doesn't care enough about a longtime loyal customer. Amazing. The facility is large and clean, with a waiting area. They also handle DMV-type services, and you can tell that part of the operation can get frustrating for some customers -- there were signs all over the check-in area asking people to be respectful and not harass the employees. After checking numerous other offices I was able to secure an appointment at the DMV Nanuet office for the very next day with a drive of only 35 minutes from my home. The Nanuet AAA DMV office is located in Rockland Plaza which has lots of parking space. The office is very modern, spacious and well organized.
