I don't usually post negative reviews; however, this store has consistently been a disappointing…read moreexperience. I have been here several times, and the pharmacy front desk staff are not friendly or welcoming. They rarely make eye contact or speak with you--instead, they talk at you and show little to no empathy. I've been told to come back in a couple of hours for my prescription, only to still wait up to an additional hour once I return. This has happened more than once. Because of the lack of customer service and long wait times, I would not recommend this store.

I went to the front desk to request the code and the employee made sure to finish whatever she was saying with her coworker before asking if I needed something. Then I asked for the code to the door and she said "the bathrooms are not even open" and then she tells her coworker she couldn't remember what she was saying. Rude!
