This place is good for that but is great for the young guys that are truly making a go at a career in the sport. The young thirsty guys add to energy and vibe of this place. Instructors are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and above all supportive. Makes me smile thinking about the instructors walking around during sparring with direction and positive energy and feedback. This place has been open for a while and has been producing champions and professional grade martial artists. My guess is that many more champions will be born here over the years and that this place will receive more and more recognition globally as an MMA institution that produces the best out there! When the lessons started, the instructor didn't seem to understand the teachings. At one point he had my son spar with a kid twice his size, my son was kicked in the privates and the instructor didn't even care. he never once mentioned wearing a cup. This was my sons first time trying kickboxing and we are both turned off due to a lousy instructor. I would never bring my child to a place this unprofessional, I don't see how he is still in business.

If you're like me, you read reviews before trying out a place. My advice - GIVE TFK A TRY!! I seriously love it and signed up after my first class. Joining has made me actually excited to work out! A few things went into my decision: (1) Although I was nervous to go to my first class, I immediately felt comfortable because of how friendly the trainers are. TFK has a really awesome small family dynamic and it's super inviting. (2) The workouts are challenging and I love that I'm getting a whole body workout in just 45 minutes but they aren't over my head - everyone can truly do it and the workouts leave room for growth and development at your own pace. (3) Lastly, I think the pricing is very reasonable. Well, there you have it. My honest review. Hope it helps!

I signed up for a class here on ClassPass and was also treated rudely for no reason, I guess now I realize it's because I am a woman? This instructor here is a clown and so up his own ass he should teach contortionist lessons. He wouldn't teach me at all and was totally dismissive, he literally told me to go find someone else in class so he could sit off into space on the side in silence. Last time I checked my money was the same as anyone else, if your studio only wants to accept men/professionals, etc then make that clear on the website or class description instead of wasting everyone's time. The tagline on google says "Saekson Janjira Muay Thai is located in the heart of North Dallas, bringing the most authentic Muay Thai to Texas. Classes for kids, adults and fighters." maybe put an asterisk there and say "no women or beginners" mmkay?

He told me I was disrespectful and disgusting. Maybe we stepped on the wrong foot but he lost a potential fighter... I'm never going back again. He seems money hungry. But overall the students are very nice and welcoming but HIM not so much. I recommend Next generation MMA.
