We had issues with our septic system shortly after purchasing our home. We happened upon Arnold Septic Service to come out to diagnose and determine how we should move forward. It was difficult to get someone out- finally after numerous phone calls and text messages a technician arrived. He determined that we needed a new drain field without digging or anything. He also suggested we needed could do a pump out. Part of our purchase contract was a septic pump out and clean septic inspection. Upon looking for the paperwork I realized that THIS was the SAME company that was supposed to have pumped out the system and provide the clean inspection. When we had another company come out to do the repairs- they photographed the tank and verified it never was pumped out!! We should've sued them! read more

Yes they showed up un time, yes they performed the service but then they were reluctant to take the coupon they had in a printed paper ad. They then informed me of a problem with my exit baffle that they tried to gouge me on.How do I know ? Because I had the work completed by a very reputable company for 2/3 less than what they quoted. Less than 2 months after they flushed our septic tank we had to call another septic service to come out and fix the issues that they missed. The pipe was completely broken and causing leaks. Not sure if they damaged it when they flushed it or they just didn't look properly to see what needed to be replaced because it was beyond their capabilities. They also charged so much more for flushing the septic than any other company I have searched for since. What a complete waste of $400.00!!! I will not use them again and do not recommend at all!! read more

I utilized Arnold's Septic Tank Service to complete an inspection in the process of purchasing my new house. I contacted several septic tank service companies to receive a quote and their initial communication made them stand out from some of the other "big named/well known" companies. They were up front with pricing and gave me all the options it might be depending on tank size and if it needed to be pumped or not. This will be my first house with a septic system so I was extremely apprehensive and sceptical. Once I was handed over to a tech for scheduling communication continued to be great. My tech not only had to speak with me but with the Realtors as well. Communication never failed and the appointment had to be rescheduled once due to weather. After the job was complete I spoke with Matthew and he reassured me the tank was in great condition and I will get 10+ years out of it with proper maintenance. He was also able to educate me on proper self maintenance and have me tips and tricks to keep the tank in top shape. I even discussed the idea of converting to public sewer and he gave me the full run down. Although that would be an extremely beneficial job for them financially he advised against it and I truly appreciated the honesty and felt they had my best interest at heart. The dig site was kept as small as possible and the put back of the lawn was done exceptionally well. You could barely tell where they dug unless it was pointed out. Paper work was delivered in a timely manner. Amazing job from start to end! They gained a new customer out of me and I would recommend them to anyone who requires tank services. read more

I have hired three different septic cleaning companies since my house was built in 2002. Arnold's was the best by far. I spoke with Jeremy a few weeks ago, and he indicated that they were swamped due to flooding in the Metro area. No problem. I called back this week, and he came out yesterday. As he cleaned my tank, he pointed out some minor issues that I needed to tend to regarding the maintenance of my tank, and educated me on some technical and financial aspects of the business as well. He also honored the price he quoted ($375), as well as an additional $25 discount for visiting the company's website. Needless to say, I will be hiring Arnold's again in three years. I wanted to take a minute and let everyone know that this company is top notch! We've been having septic issues since November 2015 when we had another company pump our tank. After the tank was pumped, we continued having issues and, each time I would call, the other guys would tell me "It's just the rain". We were given Arnold's number and he came to our house fast and it only took him a few minutes to diagnose our problem...a clogged drain field! Arnold gave me a price (half of what the other guys charge) to replace the drain field lines and he went to work! after just a few short hours, we have a new drain field and our septic system works like brand new! Company does not honor warranty 90 days after spending $2475.00 system again backed up, when I called i was told that it would be another $1,375.00 to come back out and make further repairs without even looking to see what had happened. The outlet baffle was not correct the inlet baffle was not installed at all, and the discharge pipe was broken. only replaced 10+/- feet of pipe total split between two of the three field lines.
