They told me they would give me $700 off if I paid in cash rather than by check or credit card. I can't be sure, but I'm thinking the workers overcharged and then pocketed the extra cash. That was about a year ago and I just had to have it pumped again. It's just my wife and me, and it's a 1500 gallon tank, so there is no way it should have filled up again that quickly.
