We also tried a maple cream cheese cookie, chocolate chip cookie, s'mores biscuit, pb and jelly cookie and all were amazing for being gf (we took a banana biscuit and double chocolate chip cookie home to try later). Everything had a good texture (which is rare for gf) and everything was super fresh as well.
